This location is very much HIT OR MISS!! One thing I learned about this location is that if you want your food hot I highly suggest you order in person and pray you don't live far!! However tonight the food is the issue the cashier is!! When I first walked in and got to the counter no one was there and the other workers were looking around for the cashier. The young man said to give her a minute because she's in the bathroom but she was outside in the parking lot on her phone. She took my order and went right back to being on her phone. I ordered 20 wings and asked for blue cheese with my order. Once done there wasn't any dressing so I asked her again and she told me that it doesn't come with it and that I would have to pay for it!! COMPLETELY FALSE!! For a 20 wing order it comes with one and you pay for extras!! Mind you my bag ripped so I went back in asking for another in which another young lady stopped cooking,handed me another bag and gave me my blue cheese all the while this young lady(cashier) in the picture stood there focusing on her phone!! Customer service to me is highly important!! This store is coming up on a year of its opening and already at a 2.7 in reviews!! Please start hiring people who want to do their job instead of texting on their phones!!

Ordered delivery, over an hour late, no one was answering the phone and was going directly to end the call. We had missing wings and no way of contacting. Entered a contact form and waiting to hear on that. Overall bad experience.

Wingstop is an easy 5-star spot. The wings are always hot, crispy, and packed with flavor, with tons of sauces and dry rubs to choose from so you can switch it up every visit.

The fries and dips hit every time, and the order is always made fresh. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and it’s a go-to place whenever I’m craving wings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stood at the counter for 10
Minutes and the young lady never acknowledged me once. She was too busy chit chatting with a customer about him not receiving his military check. My order was suppose to be ready at 2:53. They aren’t busy and it’s now 3:10 and I’m still waiting. I just mentioned it to her about not acknowledging me and she not once apologized. I want to be contacted by the store manager because I come here several times a week and this is unacceptable

Didn’t have too wait long , 10mins. tops…Piping hot food ( cooked to order )….Staff person was knowledgeable about what I needed to know about the food because it was my first time ever…

Tried placing an order online, but the website was completely down and wouldn’t process anything. Called the store directly, only to be met with an automated message saying no one was available—pressed 1 to reset as instructed, but still couldn’t reach a live person. My wife ended up driving over to place the order in person.
Once there, it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. The restaurant was visibly dirty—trash overflowing, floors unswept, and overall poor sanitation. What really concerned me was that the staff behind the counter weren’t wearing gloves and didn’t appear to wash their hands between tasks.
This location needs serious attention from corporate before it drives away more customers. The potential is there, but the execution is falling short.

On Aug 14, 2025 I placed an online order, when I arrived it was very busy. Cashier was taking an order and there were 5 including manager in back and they were cutting up. The music was very loud and could barely hear anything else. I stood there and waited to be helped by cashier and this other gentleman came in went to the left of where I was standing and girl in back came out with food, called a name and put it on the shelf. She then turned around and the gentleman to the left if me said that was his order. She set it on the counter and he said something, she opened the bag and then closed it and he left. She went back to back to help with orders when there were other customers waiting to pick up. Never asked if she could help anyone. Cashier finally finished taking orders and helped other customers that came in after me. She finally got to me and I told her I had an online order and gave her my name. She looked on the shelf and said it's not ready yet. I told her it should have been ready 10 minutes ago. She looked at the receipts from where people picked up and said it was just picked up. I said someone else I dont know picked it up. She then told me they could remake it and went to the back and got the manager. The manager came up and asked me if I knew the person that picked up the order and I told her no. She said she could do 1 of 2 things - remake the order or refund me....keep in mind this 8:50 pm. I asked how long it would take to remake and she said 10 mins. I told her to go ahead and remake cause my husband & I was hungry and on our way home. The music then got even louder. No one ever apologized for this happening. I will not go back to that store ever. Jeep in mind this is my first time ever going to Wingstop. I will go to a different location but not this new one on Hwy 3 by Publix.

I always get this as carry out and always order ahead because they always have a super long line and last time I tried to do a carry out order they told me it was gonna be. 1+ hour wait.
Edit: the last 2 times I have ordered they have always forgotten something whether it's an entire order from our meal or all the sauce. So I am lowering i to 2 star for not being able to provide what we pay for.

It’s simple - they give you raw chicken and don’t answer the phone to right their wrongs. I will never go back to the wing stop. Literally trash and don’t do anything about the bs they’re serving called food. Management needs to respond to THIS review let along the terrible reviews they have. SMH
