Disappointed with the Brown Sugar Bacon sandwiches. Had 1 the day they came out and it was absolutely excellent; however, we have had 2 since on different days and the bacon tasted like regular bacon.

My husband and I went in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon my husband ordered a large cheddar roast beef meal and I had gotten two regular roast beef and a drink my husband got his full mail before I got the cup for my drink and then I had to wait on my two regular roast beef sandwiches my husband was done with his meal before I got my two sandwiches I was very disappointed at that point my husband's ready to go so I so I only got to eat half a sandwich and take the rest and go

Great customer service. I got the steak house burger w/ bacon. The patty was warmed to serve but it was loaded with bacon.

Man oh Man! I am very pleased about the service I received from here last night. I ordered quite a bit of food because of all the coupons and they didn’t have the correct bread for the French dip so they weren’t serving them. I politely asked if they could just put it on a different bun and they did it without any problem. Even though they are short handed they still are giving amazing service. Thanks to the crew last night 10/01/23 for making my night and to be honest the sesame bun that I had for the French dip was actually better than the normal roll it comes on. It was packed with meat and it stayed together and filled me up. Again thanks! Keep up the great work! I’m sorry you guys are short handed everyone seems to be still.

Ordered on the app waited in parking lot till it said ready went inside order wasn't ready yet. Then waited as my order was skipped over multiple times as I could see their screen clearing off orders behind mine as mine was not even being made and others got their food before me. I just think that's ridiculous they skipped over an online takeout order multiple times when my order wasn't even big just 2 meals.
