I had to give this Baskin-Robbins 5 stars. First the guy who took our order was spot on with customer service. But what really earned them 5 stars is the friendliness of the staff there. My father in law drove away with out his credit card. The guy at the window yelled at my father in-law to get him to stop. He then jumped out the pick up window to run over and give the credit card. After giving the credit card back to my father in-law he then ran back and jumped back through...
A big thank you from Bethel Christian Academy in Kinston for welcoming 27 fourth graders into your store. The staff was so helpful and kind. They even brought out free pieces of ice cream cake to each student and staff. We will definitely stop back again with our business!
