“It is the crazy holiday season! I stood in line with everyone ordering their hams for Thanksgiving, looking forward to a tavern club sandwich. I just moved here and I haven't been to a HoneyBaked Ham company for a long time. I was treating myself today. I received my order and it happened to be the wrong sandwich and I was upset at first because I hate getting what I didn't pay for but I walked back up to the register and spoke with someone in the back and they promptly corrected my order and gave me an extra treat for the error. Under normal circumstances I would have rated them just for getting my order wrong and scoring them lower. If it were not for the person who remade my sandwich and I don't know the gentleman's name but he was so kind and so apologetic that I really appreciated the good customer service. It's rare today and I just want to make it clear that I am grateful for every human being that is working today because they don't have to work! Nobody has to work anymore because they get compensated for being home which is ridiculous and appalling but I digress... I want to say thank you to the gentleman who remade my sandwich. You're doing a great job and your customer service is exemplary! So thank you for being here today. I appreciate you!“
