Every time you go in to this particular Dunkin donuts restaurant their seems to be new employees. They have a high turn over of employees. The owners need to treat their employees better

Went through the drive thru Sunday morning and service was amazing! They took our order so fast at the speaker and then all of food and drinks was CORRECT! That is hard to come by when ordering fast food!

4 employees behind counter area, no customers in dining room 1030 am stood at register for 3 full minutes before we were even greeted. No Coffee on any menu to order so we had questions. Lady acted like we were asking crazy, just trying to find out options. Every table in the dining room area was dirty. This unit needs LEADERSHIP.

I stood in line today and just watched Kyndall handle a very upset customer about a drink that the customer thought wasn't right. That young lady handled it with a smile the entire time. The whole team came together to make what the customer wanted. Way to go for exemplary customer service!!! Food and coffee is great as always.

Foods great service is god awful though. Came in at 5:45 in the morning wanting some donuts for breakfast and they didnt even acknowledge the fact we where sitting at the window for 5 minutes they even looked at us twice.
