I’m giving them 2 stars because when you actually get the food you ordered, it’s always pretty good. But I truly don’t know what has happened to this place recently. The wait time is horrible, every single time, whether they’re busy or not. Our orders are almost always wrong. The place just about had a nuclear meltdown when they messed up our payment and we had to have it corrected. If it hadn’t been a $21 mistake, I might have just let it go. I really hope they get it together soon, because they used to be pretty decent, minus the ice cream machine always being down.

Drive thru girl was super rude told me if I didn't pull forward to help there ticket time she was going to refund my money...worst customer service I have ever experienced...the order# is 1470 and nowhere does it say im obligated to help there ticket times..worst fast food experience I've ever had...speaks alot of the mentality of the ppl they have working for them. Called to talk to manager and manager hung up on me...the audacity of the attitude of the girl that was maybe 16 years old..I now understand why their ratings are so low

Came through late night around 2 am and got a pretty large order, food was hot and fresh probably the best McD I’ve ever had. Everything was also made correct so that’s a plus. Thank you overnight employees you’re amazing!

Everytime i come into this mcdonalds with my daughter I grab a high chair and sit at a table. I then order on the app and set it for table service with our tabke number listed as where we are. Everytime the employees will just call my number at the front counter and leave the food there. I having a very small child I cannot just walk away from my daughter to grab the food hence why I put table service. If you aren't going to have table service dont advertise it. Very disappointed. Now I have to do a balancing act of carrying my daughter and carry our food without being able to fill the drink i paid for.

Wasn’t busy whatsoever, ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and a mc crispy meal. Got a build- a bear burger half out the box and one patty on it. Woman that handed me my food said absolutely nothing and her energy was not welcoming. Had to drive 20 minutes back, and my food was perfectly made. 2nd time the charm? Guy at the pay window was great though.

It was raining and the entrance was wet. The staff had clearly marked the floor for safety. The cashier was easy to understand and appeared to have a genuine concern to perform the job to the best of her abilities. The food was delivered to our tables within minutes of ordering. The food was good and the atmosphere was relaxed with a welcoming ambiance. It's worth the visit.

Everytime my order made they rush so much that everything always wrong then making me have to pull around and get it fixed, take time and pride in your work, clean your lobby its always flithy and disgusting and the bathrooms look worse than a visiting center restroom dirty , there was legit shit smeared on the stall and walls in the toilet area

Can I just get a smiling face, a thank you and a sandwich that at least looks similar to the ones on the menu? My mcdouble looked like a smashed pile of ketchup and run over buns. The wrapper was open in the bag...so what was supposed to be in the burger was all over the bag, fries and the box of mcnuggets.

Just went through the drive throw and got a couple of fish sandwiches. When I opened them up, tarter sauce went all over me. It was not even on the bun!!!!! Really!!! I know you are all busy but that was ridiculous. It's not the first time it's happened. Just really tired of paying a fortune for a little sandwich and then have to put it together after I clean up!!!!
