I lived in Japan for most of my life and Ive never had hibachi this horrible in America. Owner was rude and incompetent. I don't understand how you can run a business. I can guarantee that the food was not fresh, and the place stanky as hell and is not cleaned well. Atmosphere makes me feel like Im about to go into surgery. 0/10

Me and my boyfriend came here for valentines dinner and the waitress was very kind. However we got gyoza and it was definitely store bought. Ive had store bought gyoza and it tasted exactly like that. No flavor. Our rice tasted like dog food. His steak was gross and also tasted like dog food. We ordered shrimp tempura roll and a california roll. Never got the California roll, and the shrimp tempura roll was not that good. Ive been to many hibachi places and this has been the worst so far. We asked to speak to the manager and she was rude. Offered us a 20% discount however we only ate the soups and salad, and like two gyoza. We paid for food we barely/didnt eat. When the waitress came back she said nobody else was complaining. Like okay I understand it can be frustrating as a waitress. But like girl, we came on our night out HERE, you think thats not upsetting to us? 😠And nobody else had their food so how would they even complain? If you plan on coming here please dont. Food is overpriced for it tasting like nothing. Go to Musami if you want a hibachi place in Atlantic Beach. Please I beg of you do not waste your money here, especially if you love hibachi. Manager was rude, even she had said it was Valentines Day, like yes ma'am it is. Thats why we wanted to go out and have a nice dinner but it all tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a week and was cooked over. Worst restaurant I been to tbh ://// Do better!!!

Brought my girlfriend here for Valentine’s Day and it was without a doubt the worst dining experience either of us have ever had. Everything we ordered was either store bought, or just dry and old. Beef tasted like dog food, rice tasted like drywall. We didn’t eat any of it apart from the soup and a beer. And when we asked the manager for a compromise(I was more than willing to pay for the soup and drinks), she gaslit me to my face acting totally baffled, and only gave us 20% off. We payed 50 dollars for food we didn’t eat any of. I feel terrible for the cooks and servers that have to work for that loathsome woman.

This place used to be pretty good. It has really gone down hill. I ordered a hibachi vegetable plate and got mostly cabbage, a few onions, and two pieces of zucchini. The rice tasted like cardboard. Not good at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waitress was really nice, food was gross. Will not be back.

We were in town visiting a friend and decided to get some sushi. This place seemed to be okay. We ordered miso soup a Crunchyroll a California roll and then a yellowtail special. Everything was pretty good until I got the yellowtail special. The pieces of "sashimi" we're tough and semi frozen. They were by far the worst pieces of sashimi I have ever put in my mouth. I couldn't finish them which was a first for me. I also asked for some freshly ground wasabi, and I was given some frozen version of wasabi. With ice flakes mixed in it. The server was nice and polite but when you're advertising a special and then it turns out to be frozen chunks of non-sashimi meat... Sorry, that's just unacceptable.
A small sushi japanese cuisine restaurant in the hustle and bustle of dinner rush. Orders were flying out so the best place to sit is at the sushi bar, the sushi chef is attentive and will have dishes in front of you before a server refills your drink, best part is local fish straight out of the water served to you.

Rice smelt awful and tasted nasty. Shrimp was rubbery and stunk, almost like old. Overall made me lose my apetite.
I'm from Atlanta, and this is objectively some of the best sushi I've ever had. The fish was so fresh and masterfully cut. The salmon skin roll was light and refreshing. The white tuna was melt in your mouth silky. Absolutely wonderful meal.

The waitress was friendly enough but the sushi kept falling apart because it was so thinly cut and packed. Never had an issue with sushi doing that in the past. Otherwise, I love the concepts of the boats. Prices aren’t outrageous.

We got shrimp hibachi and sushi rolls to go. $75. It was terrible. We had to throw away the rolls because they smelled and tasted bad. Afraid we got food poisoning.

Visited for the first time with my family last night. Sushi was okay, but the hibachi was not good at all. The rice was under cooked and the portion size was not worth $28-maybe worth $12.
