Horrific- if I could give 0 stars I would- absolutely terrible service & incompetent with food orders. Ordered a Greek chicken salad TWICE through door dash since they sent me the first with NO chicken- second order comes- YET AGAIN, WITH NO CHICKEN!! NEVER EATING PANERA EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I ordered a croissant and asked if you girl had salsa verde spread the girl doesn't even have a clue what's what I'm talking about and she told me no but obviously it's on your app secondly I asked for a large hat sweet tea have lemonade she gives me unssweet a medium I shouldn't have to go back and redo the whole world all over again.secondly you need to teach your how what the word butter means

Placed an order online. Got a whole sandwhich. Only got half of it. My boyfriend ordered a steak and cheese, and they put everything on there he didnt ask for, and there was no steak.... also forgot his chips that were free. Had to call to get a refund. Everytime we've ordered from here theres always been an issue lol... It was 40$ we expect to have the food we paid for.. 40$ for stuff we didnt even get.

If you like eating in Alaska, this is the right place for you! The AC is strong so bring a sweater. The price point is higher but the food quality was on par. My wife enjoys pronouncing the sandwich names in French, but unfortunately that does not count for any bonus points when you order. The syrup for the Pepsi was off and I made the staff aware. The hot tea passes the mother test! My wife said that it was c'est magnifique.

It's always good, but very sad when you have "bread" in your name and constantly run out, like lunch time or early dinner (think 5ish). I know I'd rather run out than have to throw out too much leftover, but we want bread for our soup not an apple 🙄 Not great for dietary restrictions also.
I am not sure whats going on with this Panera location but for the past few years its been problematic. It is hit or miss when doing food pick ups.
For example in today's pickup for a french onion soup there was no bread in the soup, also for my coworker they left out the chips requested for her meal. I guess I can understand the soup (sort of?) but with the chips it was checked off that it was placed in the bag. So not sure what happened there.
A few weeks ago our name was on the bag however once we got back to the office with our food we had the wrong soup (even though it was printed correctly on the ticket and checked off).
We have experienced issues with extra items added or items completely left out too. Not sure why I keep giving them a chance.

We ordered individual soups and salads for our take out meal, in which a piece of bread would be included with the meals. After arriving we discovered no bread what so ever. The manager stated they were "out" he could reimburse it on the next visit to PANERA. Tried that in the past but th manager on duty knew or saw nothing on I. RIP OFFF! Funny how they Constantly "forget" things.
