Literally one of the most overpriced, poor quality restaurants anywhere. It’s amazing how they keep raising the prices, while simultaneously lowering the quality. I used to love the food. But now, no thanks. Won’t be going back.

I ordered Soup and a French Dipper sandwich in the drive thru line. When I got home the only items in the bag were the soup and sandwich dipping sauce. No Sandwich, Bread, or Napkins. I tried calling the store 3 times and nobody will answer and you cannot leave a message. I was the only car in the drive thru line.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order , nobody around, Sunday mid day . Finally went inside , took 10 minutes to get someone to listen to what I needed , she then spent another 10 minutes looking for my order (literally two refresher drinks)… I could have climbed back there and made 100 of those same orders in the time it took them to look. Just for her to come back and say they’re still working on it (I can see back into the kitchen and see nobody is doing anything). Shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone reading to review to hear most of these young ladies and gentlemen working were sporting blue hair , and outrageous attire .

Horrific- if I could give 0 stars I would- absolutely terrible service & incompetent with food orders. Ordered a Greek chicken salad TWICE through door dash since they sent me the first with NO chicken- second order comes- YET AGAIN, WITH NO CHICKEN!! NEVER EATING PANERA EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I ordered a croissant and asked if you girl had salsa verde spread the girl doesn't even have a clue what's what I'm talking about and she told me no but obviously it's on your app secondly I asked for a large hat sweet tea have lemonade she gives me unssweet a medium I shouldn't have to go back and redo the whole world all over again.secondly you need to teach your how what the word butter means

My boyfriend ordered a steak and cheese, and they put everything on there he didnt ask for, and there was no steak.... also forgot his chips that were free. Had to call to get a refund. Everytime we've ordered from here theres always been an issue lol... It was 40$ we expect to have the food we paid for.. 40$ for stuff we didnt even get.
