I paid $11 for a large salad on my lunch break, thinking I could save some for later. Wrong. The bowl was half filled, amounting to about 8 bites of salad. I ordered 2 salad dressings that sounded good, but neither one had any flavor whatsoever. That's when I looked around and saw half a dozen people on their laptops and drinking a beverage, but nobody was eating the food. Now I understand why literally nobody has suggested Panera when I've asked for restaurant suggestions.

I ordered a package of mini orange scones that according to online should have contained 9 scones. When I arrived home, I discovered there were only 6 in the bag. I tried calling multiple times to let them know and no one answered the phone. There wasn't an answering machine so could not leave a message. The salad and sandwich were delicious, but disappointed number of scones they gave me were not the same as indicated online.

It has been about 6 months since we visited Panera's. Every time we try to order something, they are out of it. This particular night (Friday night), they were closing early for a staff meeting. Very unacceptable! Last time, will not be back.

This is the WORST Panera I have ever been to. On multiple occasions they have messed up my order. Don’t ever attempt to call for help with anything because they won’t answer no matter the time of day. If I could give this location zero stars I would.

Ordered for in store pick up. Got here and then the door is closed. Which I can understand since it says remodeling. However my food was ready at 6:05. Sat in a drive thru line until 6:38. Called the store 20 times; no answer. To cancel the order or ask for outside pick up. When we got to the speaker we explained. And the girl told us it’s only been ready for twenty minutes. We asked for fresh food not 20 minute food and was met with a sigh and told the dressing isn’t on the salad, it was only sitting for 20 minutes. We mentioned it wasn’t about the salad dressing it was about our hot food sitting for so long, could we have a fresh order. We were told let me get my manager then moment later were told to pull forward with no explanation. Why not just say sorry, we will make you fresh food. While waiting 30+ minutes for old food we had time to call corporate to explain our concerns and were told that they aren’t showing the store should only have one pick up option and they heard how we were greeted on the intercom by the staff. When we got to the window the bag was sealed and said completed at 6:11pm. Us and corporate, who was still on the phone, assumed that we were given the original food. The staff member at the window offered no explanation just handed us a bag. No greeting, no how are you today. Was coming here weekly until this poor customer service. All of this could have been avoided. I just don’t understand the lack of customer service and attention to detail running your business. Corporate was nothing but professional and understanding about the situation. The manager and staff at this location should walk next door and take a lesson in customer service from Chick-fil-A.

Our food was good but the poor lady at the front could not beg anyone back there to help her. She charged me and my kids wrong and when that was brought to the managers attention he said well our prices have gone up and didn’t give my daughter-in-law her brownie she was missing. I’m pretty baffled with the customer service. Must do better!!!
