We celebrated New Years Eve with reservations at The Prime, and had a wonderful experience. The shrimp cocktail,served with melted butter and housemade cocktail sauce is now a new fav! The sides are served "family style" and easily enough for 2 people. Our server suggested we order a couple and share since it was so hard to choose from the variety of sides. Everything we ordered was delicious. My steak was a little too rare when it came out but the chef had no problem...

We had such an enjoyable evening at Prime Bistro. We were having dinner with a couple we had not seen in ten years, and I wanted the night to be very special and memorable. It was above and beyond my expectations. The restaurant is very nicely appointed with a wonderful bar and a dining arear that isn’t so big you feel as though the evening won’t be as quaint.
