I've been here 3 times in the last 3 .onths and the beans are always dry and the the tortillas are always rubbery and hard. I love taco bell but this one religiously has bad beans... I won't try the meat here. On that nite they are very fast and very friendly. The staff seems to be handling the drive through well..it's the cooks or the franchise that has the issue.
Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging I was there. They took the order of the SUV in front of me and then never said another word. I was waiting patiently initially as I could hear that the SUV driver had a large order, but after 10 minutes with no response and the store about to close, I left.
