We love rise and shine! They are always so sweet and helpful! Whether you want a mega tea for energy, protein shake, protein hot chocolate, protein snacks, dirty alani you name it she will make it to go with your healthy lifestyle! We have tried so much and love it all! She uses a clean product line that taste so good there is a lot of protein brands that I can’t stomach but the brand she uses is *chef kiss*!! Don’t know what you’d like? They help you chose based on your taste buds and goals!!

They are great! Really enjoyed their drink Lil Mermaid, was not a fan of their Coral Reef but hey it’s not their fault I didn’t like it. Got to try them all so I know what I like and don’t like. They have been extremely helpful every time I go in there. Always so friendly and the ease of ordering is great! And I absolutely LOVE their energy and design inside. Just beautiful! Everyone is so nice and helpful and very friendly! Keep up the great work! Thank you!

This is my favorite “go-to” !! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the bartenders there are fantastic! Emma is always smiling and goes the extra mile, Dara is always friendly and has the nicest things to say, Morgan makes the best sandbar! Kayla has a great group of ladies and is always helpful and supports the community! I love RISE and SHINE!!

Absolutely LOVE Rise N Shine Nutrition! Large selection of protein shakes and Mega teas. Truly something for everyone. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. I bring my 16 month old granddaughter with me almost every day and they all love her so much and she loves them too! Our favorite is the White Chocolate Reeses shake.

Love Rise & Shine & the awesome staff! The mega teas are my favorite for my daily pick me ups & there are so many flavors to choose from.

Kayla is amazing, her staff is amazing too. They treat you like family. On my days where I have a million things to do, when I stop in, they always give me the boost I need to get through the day. (Both from the Mega Teas and the staff?)
