Excellent homemade ice cream

I almost never leave terrible reviews, but this one infuriates me. The deception / marketing of a healthy brand, while adding in CRAP ingredients like Red #40 and high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavor to name a few. Sure the milk may be local and better but then they fill it up with some of the worst of the worst.

This is NOT a better icecream choice for your family.

Nice selection of flavors on 5/16/25 visit. 2 gals behind the counter were working hard as store was very busy. Ice cream was good and also got a 1/2 gallon of chocolate milk that was awesome

Definitely a plus as allergies and dye free ice creams are listed!!! We tried peach, Reese’s cup, and cookie dough.

This was exactly the ice cream we wanted.

Been coming here for a few years now. This place has always been amazing. Make sure to read their menu for the specialty milk shakes. And grab a gallon of three of their milk. It's delicious.

Decided to try this place instead of the DQ. Very glad that we did. I had the key lime, and the fiancé had the chocolate brownie and cookie dough. The cones were really good, but the ice cream was fantastic and one scoop was enormous. Friendly staff as well.

10 out of ten… will be back

Simply Natural Creamery offers a fantastic variety of ice creams that truly stand out. The banana split is a must-try; it's definitely the best item on the menu with its perfect blend of flavors and generous toppings. However, I did find the milkshakes to be a bit on the smaller side for the price you pay. Overall, it's a great spot for ice cream lovers, but just keep in mind the portion sizes for the milkshakes!

If you’re not someone who checks your credit card statement after a visit, you should be after visiting this place. Or pay in cash.

I came in the night of 1/25 for the first time, excited to try after it was recommended to me, and I received an email receipt after that was $3 more than I paid when i inserted my card. The culprit: a $3 tip that i did not authorize. If you were one of the two girls working that night, please do better. This is theft.

I tried reaching out from the email before posting this review and never received a reply but feel people should be aware. The ice cream was delicious but this has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Amazing! Absolutely delicious ice cream!

We love it here! We buy the amazing milk for homemade cheese and positively wonderful coffee.

Really great ice cream shop- naturally made ice cream, not the garbage you come to expect from all of the other commercial ice cream shops. Servings are still huge though- I usually ask for a kids scoop and that was plenty. They also sell dairy products from their creamery, I even got some delicious eggnog for the holidays!!

Every time I go to Morehead City I have to go to Simply Natural Creamery. It’s the best ice cream in the world!!!

The best ice cream I’ve ever had!! The staff was nice and courteous, and I look forward to the next visit.

There is absolutely nothing natural about this “ice cream”. Most of it contains artificial dyes. If it doesn’t have dyes it’s full of phosphates and gum. It’s an artificial frozen dessert, not ice cream. Should change the name of your business. Waste of money. Workers are friendly but you sell trash.
