Drinks were good. Some employees seemed rude or as if they were to busy to answer questions (like what the bathroom code is). It was kinda loud with conversations, employees working, and the music.

This location needs a new manager. Employees are just plain rude. I totally agree with those reviewers stating this location has gone downhill.

The other day they closed the interior of the store. Took me twenty minutes to go through the drive-thru, with just seven cars in front.

Slow-VERY VERY SLOW SERVICE. Ordered ice water with my drink and was told I could only receive bottle water. Whenever I go, I have to wait in line for at least 10 minutes for my order
.Will not be coming here anymore-poor service and management.

This Starbucks has gone so far downhill. The service is terrible. Slow (30 minute wait times no matter how short or long the line. I waited 30 minutes for my mobile order, that I ordered 20 minutes in advance when there was no line in the drive through and 4 people in the lobby) rude staff, and the drinks taste awful, consistently. I waited to post this review because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but time after time the Starbucks location disappoints.

Some of the baristas at this Starbucks location (5186 Morehead, NC) should seriously reconsider their roles in customer service. The attitude from several staff members was noticeably negative, rude, unapproachable, and clearly unhappy to be there. When I walked in, I smiled at one of the baristas, and she completely ignored me, not even acknowledging my presence. She barely spoke while taking my order, got it wrong, and then acted like it was my fault.
The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. I’d rather drive an hour out of my way than be treated so poorly by staff who seem to have no interest in providing a welcoming experience.

Just stopped here after a good day at the beach for a refreshing drink and loved the service we received and the drink was in fact refreshing! The guy at the window was very kind and made our day!

I went through the drive-through with my daughter and grandson. When we drove away, I took a sip and realized it was not what I ordered. We took my grandson to his appt down the street and after went back to tell them this was not what I ordered. I went inside this time and told the girl this was not what I ordered and told her what it should be. She gave me a horrible attitude and told me it was made an hour ago. I explained how we had an appointment and I had to come after. It clearly was still full, and I did not drink it. She still continued to make comments as she made another drink. I said I didn't understand what the issue was. She said I wasn't here an hour ago. I said I didn't say you made it, but it was not what I ordered, and she still continued to argue. I have never been treated rudely or disrespected by anyone from Starbucks before. I couldn't believe how she was arguing with me about remaking a drink. I will never go back to that Starbucks again. Her name was Katie. 5/8/2025.

Bc I ordered a cream based drink instead of coffee, I was charged $2+ more and then I still got a coffee beverage. Went back in to get the right drink quite frustrated and was offered no resolve. Total garbage. $8 for 12oz drink is pathetic.

I was waiting in the long drive through then I decided to just walk in. There was no line and I got to give my order. As I’m waiting and looking around every employee is doing absolutely nothing except one. The drive though was taking a long time because no one is doing anything until you walk in. Then the employees realize someone is looking at them and they actually need to work.
