I’m not going back. I’ve given them three chances and they’ve screwed online orders up every time. They put the wrong toppings on subs, wrong condiments, and never come close to evenly spreading stuff out. Also, I’ve tipped decently every time, which is my mistake. The employees always have the worst attitudes. Attitude reflects leadership so I’m convinced this location is very poorly managed.

The man Robert who works at the morehead city store is very rude and doesn't know how to make subs or train people. Last week I ordered on line and it was wrong. Called back and Robert answered with hostility and said come back I will remake I was unable to come right back. So he said come back next day. So we did. He remade them. Which brings us to today. Ordered online again. Orders extra meat and barely got any meat at all on a club. Suppose to be 3 types of meat. Along with the toppings which were scares too. But when I went back to store. While explaining myself to other associate Robert was very rude. Fussing that I got what I ordered and didn't see anything wrong without even checking the sub first. Then proceeded to say I. Should have called them in. But yet they were to busy to pick up the phone. Then told me to talk to a manager in the morning. Refused to give me the number and told me to figure it out.
So after I go back in the morning to get my refund. I will have to find a better sub shop. Sorry for tipping you Robert. You should practice on being nicer. Cause with ur attitude nobody wants to be around that.

Placed a mobile order for 3 subs to share amongst children at a local water park. The subs were not cut and we had to rip them apart with our hands. The toppings were so messy to begin with. One Italian sub had most of the toppings wrapped outside of the sandwich making the bread soggy and an absolute mess, the turkey sandwich had all the toopings placed on one side and we had to move them over. So strange. As if the staff was bothered we had placed a mobile order and wanted us to know.

Rude employees that lie to you. Reading the special instructions on a online/app takeout order should be a requirement. Lying when you ask if they followed the very simple special instructions, unacceptable.

Haven't gone to a Subway since I got out of the Army. Honestly, by far some of the best service I've had. Staff was extremely friendly, and held a conversation extremely well despite my last minute online order(I would've been irritated, to say the least). Food was prepared and ready within 5 minutes of me submitting my order. And it was by far better than anything the subways in Havelock have made. Would highly recommend!

Took 20 minutes for 3 simple sandwichs, a fly flew into my food and they still asked if I wanted the sandwich. Horrible service, and I would never go to this same subway again. Beaufort is so so so much better

Placed online order. Said order was ready. Get here. Not ready. Order slip was thrown in trash. Stood in line for 20 minutes until other lady came in from outside. I ordered the titan turkey sub.. has a lot of extra turkey... the pics are what I got....very disappointed to pay extra for a signature series sub.. and get less meat than a regular sub!!!

The blonde lady was very polite and friendly. She made our sandwiches without any mistakes and we felt like we were welcome there. That's not something you can normally say about a fast food restaurant. I am definitely going back.

Blonde employee messed up WHOLE order. Gave three of the EXACT same sub, when one of them was supposed to be completely different. Read the freaking order next time. Find a different job if you can't read... would get from a different Subway next time 100%.

Came into Subway at Morehead and try to use a coupon. Subway system wouldn’t accept the coupon. It would not scan the employee was very rude. Said there’s nothing she can do. I said well it’s your system. You figure it out. It’s not my problem to figure it out, she said she could not give us the discount coupon, so I told her to keep the sandwich I did not want it then today is July 13 at 3:40 so you can see which employee you got
It'd good ?, Jimmy John's is better but the variety they have composed to what's around here especially with their new hits makes it super awesome ?

Sub was great but your chips selection not so good. Only baked Lays Potato Chips as a choice. Baked Lays taste like cardboard. Really bad cardboard...lol

The bread was definitely day old and hard. I feel the guy who waited on me knew this but fixed my sub anyway. I did not eat in or would have returned it at that time.

I do not recommend this location to anybody because the lady in there. That claims to be the manager is so rude. And when you try to tell her something so she can fix it. She literally yells at you. And there's only 3 people in there.
