The blonde lady was very polite and friendly. She made our sandwiches without any mistakes and we felt like we were welcome there. That's not something you can normally say about a fast food restaurant. I am definitely going back.

Blonde employee messed up WHOLE order. Gave three of the EXACT same sub, when one of them was supposed to be completely different. Read the freaking order next time. Find a different job if you can't read... would get from a different Subway next time 100%.

Does not honor corporate coupons.

Came into Subway at Morehead and try to use a coupon. Subway system wouldn’t accept the coupon. It would not scan the employee was very rude. Said there’s nothing she can do. I said well it’s your system. You figure it out. It’s not my problem to figure it out, she said she could not give us the discount coupon, so I told her to keep the sandwich I did not want it then today is July 13 at 3:40 so you can see which employee you got
It'd good ?, Jimmy John's is better but the variety they have composed to what's around here especially with their new hits makes it super awesome ?

Sub was great but your chips selection not so good. Only baked Lays Potato Chips as a choice. Baked Lays taste like cardboard. Really bad cardboard...lol

The bread was definitely day old and hard. I feel the guy who waited on me knew this but fixed my sub anyway. I did not eat in or would have returned it at that time.

I do not recommend this location to anybody because the lady in there. That claims to be the manager is so rude. And when you try to tell her something so she can fix it. She literally yells at you. And there's only 3 people in there.

I tried to speak to the manager and she was rude and refused to give me her name and the corporate number. And was extremely rude. Never in my life, have I dealt with somebody. That was so rude.

Came in at 2:20pm, the employee that made my sandwich was sitting outside smoking, came in and didn't even washed her hands. She put her gloves on and proceed to make my sandwich. I asked her for a turkey breast sandwich and she was putting ham on it. When I corrected her she got mad. The other employee that was making sandwiches acted like she was in a rush to leave and wasn't friendly at all. I gotta say this is the worst experience I've ever had with a subway. Won't be coming back.

The first time in my 30+ years was I ever hollered at in line to place my order while someone was still ahead of me, then my sandwich to be built in a record -30 secs, and then told my mayonnaise, mustard, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper couldn’t fit in my sandwich.I wouldn’t recommended this location to anyone.

The server was just straight up rude when I asked for my missing food item the server named Alicia was very nice. There was black specks floating in my drink both times I got a new drink than the girl employee told me that the owner doesn't allow them to clean it.There were three cockroaches next to our table one was dead two were alive.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place is disgusting, they made my mobile order completely wrong. I don’t understand how they could make it wrong, if it’s printed out on a receipt. They put my sandwhich on the wrong bread and when I went back to ask for a remake all they did was transfer my meat with melted cheese and condiments onto the flat bread. I asked her to throw away the whole sub and remake my sub. She refused to throw away my old sub and remake my new one and she insisted on not doing so. When I told her it was supposed to be toasted, she scooped toppings and condiments off to the side and tried to put the old meat with melted cheese back into the oven with cold cheese on top. This is cross contaminated and nobody should be working in food service treating customers food this way. Their only concern was hanging out in their car the whole time. Horrible customer service.

This is the second time my sub wasn't toasted also my friends order wasn't not on the right bread and theu tried to just transfer it to the Flatbread without remaking it.if you have worked in food service you would know that is cross contamination don't appreciate the talk back from the
