A good go to restaurant for groups or family gatherings. Wide selection buffet to feed just about anyone. Always good fried chicken. Loved our server she kept checking regularly and super friendly.
Food quality has went down. We're picky what we eat. No pork or fried foods that are fried with shellfish. Most NC restaurants break the law about that. Didn't even fool with asking them. But if you have shell fish allergy ask before riskng eating anything fried everywhere.
From Spartanburg SC, on my way up to the mountains to go camping--thought I would stop and check this place out. Friday afternoon 1100--lunch buffet. This place is obviously well-managed--super organized and efficient paying on the way in. Great service and the dining room was spotlessly clean.
