Went yesterday morning and got a 2 piece combo, and I forgot to ask for honey mustard so I asked the manager? (he didn’t have a hat on so I presume he was one) at the window. He then raises his voice and asks me 3 times what I had, and I answered him each time. He then started shouting at me telling me that because I didn’t ask for it at the speaker that it’s the reason it wasn’t in the box. I asked if it cost money and he said “yes” and looked at me as if I was stupid. I would’ve paid for the sauce, I even would’ve went inside the lobby to pay, but instead of just asking me to pay for it, a grown man yelled at a teen girl over HONEY MUSTARD. The food wasn’t even fresh for it being 11 in the morning. Bojangles is my favorite but I not be returning to this location. Would rather drive the 3 extra miles.

Ordered a steak biscuit meal , the steak was a little dry . The fries were excellent. My niece ordered a Mac and cheese and it had a hair in it. They need to wear hairnets . The counter person did give her a fresh serving but it was too late . My niece lost her appetite. I forgot to mention the bathroom was dirty , we could only use 1 toilet and it smelled bad.

Good food, as always. Couldn't eat inside due to shortage of workers- so sad. Thought we were past this phase.

Do not try to walk into the lobby after dark. As soon as they see you get out of your can, they will run up and lock the door.

First, I want to say the 2 Stars is more about price than anything.
Went there mid-evening (around 7:00 pm). Was glad to see they had a 97 cleanliness rating. We haven't been to Bojangles in a while. We don't frequent these places. However, when I saw that an 8 piece family meal was now $27.99, I was beyond shocked. So, I got the 9 piece Bo Bites (now fried and not roasted) meal for about $10. Since when did they stop giving biscuits with their combos? Have they become that cheap? Like I said, we don't go to these places often and I must say, it shall be a long time before we visit again. Not just this Bojangles but, any of them. I grew up eating at Bo's since the 80s. I'm done. Hell, you need a loan to feed a family with their 20 piece meal at $47.99.
The parking lot was extremely dark but, that could be the result of the hurricane flooding that occurred in that area. So, I'm not knocking for that.

Lobby is never open so when you drive a dump truck or a vehicle with a trailer it's pretty much impossible to order any food
