Ordered a steak biscuit meal , the steak was a little dry . The fries were excellent. My niece ordered a Mac and cheese and it had a hair in it. They need to wear hairnets . The counter person did give her a fresh serving but it was too late . My niece lost her appetite. I forgot to mention the bathroom was dirty , we could only use 1 toilet and it smelled bad.

Is fresh food at 8:00 pm too much to ask for? I placed my order and was told it would be 20 minutes for “fresh” chicken. I was going to modify my order, but was told “fresh” chicken was coming right up. There was nothing fresh about my entire order. Hard tenders, stale fries and rock hard biscuits. The girl in the drive thru was pleasant and polite. I just wish the quality of the food matched their customer service. It’s simply careless and lazy to throw old stale food...
