I am editing my review since Westend took over. Service has went down. One of their best waitresses has quit and you can tell that in how long it takes to be served. The quality of food they've changed how they do things. Their hash browns are different. Their sausage is different. Nothing tastes like it was. And it's not in a good way.

Oh my, yes. Wonderful little Mom an Pop diner off I-40 near Hickory, NC. We had the Cheeseburger Stuffed Potato (a baked potato with fixings, and cheeseburger with fixings, combined). Delicious!!! Staff was outstanding too. Friendly, fun loving country folk. Loved it here.

My wife and I have been eating here for two years now, the only thing that has changed besides the name is the paint scheme inside and outside. Other than that everything is just the same and the food and service is always excellent. The food itself is always very good if not delicious. I honestly can’t understand how someone could leave 1 or 2 stars for this place, I have never been disappointed here.
