The food was really good, but it took my entire sitting to get a refill.

Our food was great and the young lady who took care of us was one of the best waitresses I have seen in a very long time. She was very friendly, and very professional. She didn't miss a beat, kept our drinks filled and kept checking on us. It was a very good dinner out.

Cracker Barrel in Morganton North Carolina
We stopped there 5 weeks ago and ordered dinner, the waiter brought what was supposed to be regular Coke but turned out to be Diet Coke and I’m allergic to diet drinks, so I asked the waiter don’t you have regular Coke and he replied no they were out so we left the restaurant, And we went back a week later and again they said they were out of regular Coke we left the restaurant again, then we went yesterday 12/01/2024 and sat down for dinner and I asked do you have regular Coke and the waitress said no only Diet Coke. We like to eat at Cracker Barrel so I went out to my car and took my own Coke into the restaurant for my meal. The manager kept walking by but didn’t say anything. I talked with one of the managers the second time this happened and he said he had just heard of the problem but that was 4 weeks ago and they still haven’t gotten the problem fixed.
Apparently the managers aren’t on top of things or the Coke shortage would have been solved in 5 weeks.
Bad management will destroy a restaurant just as fast as bad food.
Maybe there’s an issue with the Coke vendor but the manager should at least acknowledge there’s a problem and at minimum apologize for the inconvenience to the customers.
I have an allergy with aspartame and sucralose sweetener no different than someone with food allergies. I wasn’t asked if a diet drink could be substituted. There should be a sign posted on the front door saying they don’t have Regular Coke products.
I would like for the district manager to contact me please.

This Thanksgiving our plans changed last minute and were stuck with just the two of us. Still wanting a turkey meal and knowing all the dinner restaurants were going to bw slammed or have no more reservations, we remembered hearing Cracker Barrel had a good T-Day meal.
The app showed many offerings for the holidays but the turkey meal looked perfect- turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole and vegetable. It was easy to order and I could choose when to pick it up, lucky because we live about 45 minutes away.
When I approached the store, the parking lot looked very full. I was a little apprehensible. However, when I pulled into the drive, there were signs and employees making sure I was directed to where they needed me to be.
Everything went like clockwork and was a very positive experience. Plus the food was excellent.

Our waitress only refilled coffee multiple times. All other drinks was forgotten even when reminded. One of our meals didn’t come out until all other meals was finished and the check was paid. However they did remove the item from our ticket because of the trouble. The whole service was just lacking.

Undercooked Bacon, hash brown casserole slung on to plate eggs undercooked from request biscuits beneigh were supposed to arrive before the meal and they brought them to the table when the meal was almost over like an after thought which the waitress admitted saying they just told me to bring these out. I did my part by being a customer spending my money on ignorance

Took my mother out to eat for her birthday. We arrived at 5:40, waited 10 minutes to get seated, was happy (10 of us). Then we all ordered and waited 2 hours on food, it was cold. The waitress kept apologizing and brought biscuits and cornbread to try to help. There were rumors that a cook walked out. But our biggest problem with this was not one manager came out to apologize, explain, nothing, POOR management.

When we recieved our food, my wife had ordered the chicken and 2 sides of the potato casserole, and was told they were out of the casserole, Gave her the chicken then asked what else she would like. Then about 5 minutes later the table next to us was delivered the potato casserole. Just say that is the only reason she even goes to Cracker Barrel.

My mother and I went to Cracker Barrel to pre-order a Thanksgiving heat and serve meal, for Thanksgiving Day. My family has spent many Thanksgiving's at Cracker Barrel and have ordered the turkey and dressing dinner special (on Thursday's) many, many times over the years. We waited 7 minutes for the take-out person (they were called by checkout) but they never came. We decided to go ahead and eat there and we would order the Thanksgiving heat and serve meal as we checked out. Since it was Thursday, we both ordered the turkey and dressing dinner and was glad we did. It doesn't taste like it use to! The turkey had a lot of fat and skin and the dressing (Cracker Barrel dressing was always 'almost' as good as Mom's homemade cornbread dressing) but today it was nothing more that stove top stuffing. Cracker Barrel dressing used to be a spooned out dressing but what we received was over-salted, loose bread crumbs with very undercooked celery. We couldn't taste any sage but that could have been from the heavy salt. My Mom ordered an extra side of sweet potato casserole and it was inconsistent and disappointing. The order on her plate had no pecan/brown sugar topping, just sweet potatoes, and the extra side was undercooked with unroasted pecans thrown on top. We did not tell the manager for 2 reasons:
1. We are not people that send food back unless, as it's being service, it's incorrect.
2. Kitchen manager and cooks should be tasting and know the food is not prepared to standard. They are ok'ing it if they are serving it.
Service wasn't great either but it did get a little better at the end. Manager was walking around helping to fill tea glasses, too.
When we left, there was no way we were going to pre-order the Thanksgiving heat and serve meal. To say we were disappointed with our turkey and dressing dinner would be an understatement!!
I do want to say we did order the Coca-Cola chocolate cake with ice cream, for dessert, and it was still very good and tasted as delicious as always!

I Called in 2 entrees. I was told 20 minutes but I waited 45 minutes. You guys need to choose over customers who pick up their food to door dash. I finally received my food and the door dash driver parked at the curb and blocked me in for another 15 minutes. I'm allergic to eggs. Asked for no eggs on my salad and there it was. I couldn't even eat my salad because the peeled egg laid on my lettuce. I am that allergic so the entire meal was ruined.
