I used to love Dunkin Donuts until I found out that they don't actually make their donuts. They are made by another company and shipped in. Growing up Dunkin made their own donuts, not anymore 😔 The coffee is hit out miss depending on who serves you. The staff is friendly and courteous but they have no knowledge about the products they serve.
If you go inside, plan to wait. They have everyone working the drive thru and walkin is treated like a distraction. Donuts were good, but don't ask questions about the coffee...nobody can tell you the size or amount of anything.
The service and receiving correct drinks are a hit or miss. Sometimes they make the drinks correctly, other times they don't. They also seem to have new staff all the time, which may be why they don't know what the drinks are. The last time we were there we had to wait a long time at the window and then one drink wasn't right, but we were tired of waiting so we took it and left. Very rarely is anyone friendly.
