Service was absolutely horrible I went through the drive through orders my food drove all the way home and there wasn’t a damn thing I ordered in the bag so I drive all the way back to Hardee’s for them to ignore me and treat me like shit because of something that was their fault. Not to mention they didn’t give me a receipt

I ordered a #2 combo i was offered a small or medium. Not sure what happened to the large. The fries were on point the burger was a chard piece of garbage. I gave the whole sandwich to my dog, of course he loved it, but this was last time at Hardee's. I would rather eat spam than what was served to me,and to think I paid for that junk.

Gave my fur baby a burger and fries yesterday from this Hardee’s and now he’s sicker then I don’t know what. He’s been vomiting all night and don’t want to drink any water. I don’t know what could’ve possibly been in that meat or food that got him sick!

Best breakfast in town, But also the slowest in Burke Co. There's way too many times I've & coworkers go by & order and have to wait or many times not even open at the said time, 5am. If you're fortunate enough to get your food, you'll love ❤️ it.

I seem to catch the same employee usually, his name is William, and not only is his customer service on point with his inviting personality, but he’s very accommodating and helpful when it comes to the menu. He’s always friendly, but I can tell he knows how to keep everything in check if need be, and I can’t forget to mention how he always gets my order right! He’s even has it memorized . 10 outta 10 from me on the awesome employee scale

False advertisement....since they have their hours listed as opening at 5 am but they say they don't open until 530. And even their online ordering is open at 5 am.

Ordered two things. Fish sandwich, asked for extra tartar sauce, original hot ham and cheese. Fish sandwich was cold, hardly any tartar sauce, hot ham and cheese, no cheese bread hard, stale. Went through drive through. Waited till we got home, and nothing was right, couldn't even doctor it up to make it worth eating. Will never order through drive through again. Probably never eat here again. My mom is 91 years old, and this was her supper. Shameful.
