Judge's Riverside Restaurant

This restaurant has been closed since the onset of Covid. While biking on the Greenway today I verified that the building has been demolished and the lot is bare. No idea what the plans are for the property but clearly Judges is no more.

The best ribeye in morganton by far it's a prime choice cut I suggest the loaded bake potato it comes with all fresh add ons that will fill u up & taste so good I give them thums up any day.

Per Judges FB page, the restaurant has been closed since March 21, 2020. It's described as a "temporary" closure. As of this writing, it's still closed.

I’ve ate here before and loved it but drove 50 miles and it was temporarily closed during business hours with no update on your website.

Excellent service, 0utstanding food

This place is out of business and has been for some time unfortunately because it is a beautiful place by the River. I go to the river to swim get the negative ions from the flowing water today I saw almost a hundred Canadian geese in as the water level was down since the wheels were off and they found food between the rocks or among the rocks. Gorgeous area

Unfortunately they are closed r/t Covid... but I really hope they will make another comeback!!! Beautiful place and setting. Food was wonderful!

First and last time at Judges unless substantial changes are made, in the top most greasy meals we have ever eaten. Salad size plates for bar...maybe to save money? We had decent expectations, but never thought it could possibly be that bad for a once prestigious restaurant.

Great experience! We reserved ahead of time for our family gathering of 24, traveling in from different states. Everything went smoothly! The waitresses handled our large party professionally and efficiently. Kind and courteous staff! Highly recommend!

My husband and I went to the Flea Market in the area and when we are away from home we like to try new restaurants.

One of my favorite spots to eat at in Morganton! Really love eating near the river when it's warmer outside, but it was also nice eating next to the fireplace while it was snowing. Half chicken, barbeque, and brisket were all really good and the buffet on Friday and Saturday nights is reason enough to go!
