Ordered on the app for pickup and chose the drive through option, no issues till I got to the drive through window to get my receipt and the guy running the window proceeded to ask me if I wanted to race him for my “pink slips” to my car. I responded no and he then PROCEEDS TO RESPOND “what you scared daddy’s gonna come home to a new Mustang”. 2 MINUTES GO BY OF ME GOING BACK AND FORTH with this dude, mind you it’s lunch rush. He finally asks “what I’m waiting on” then hands me my receipt. Food was great, but service was disrespectful.

Waited at front counter. Totally ignored. People brought food up for previous orders, I don't know how long they waited, wouldn't even look at me standing at counter. Something sgmhould be done. McDonald's in morganton nc are terrible every time, except breakfast.

They need to take down their signs when they are not no longer selling what their signs say they're selling that is false advertisement!

Went through the drive through tonight around closing(didn’t realize) I had just got off work. The girl that was working the window was super nice and very respectful When she handed me my food as the night manager just stood behind her watching her every move i asked if I could have some of the seasonal pickle salt and some honey mustard.she says no problem if you can pull up for a moment I will bring it to you. Night manager comes out with her nasty mouth full of food and hands me my honey mustard and I said so I can’t get any of the salt? I’ll pay for it??! She goes NO! IM NOT EVEN SUPPOSEd TO BE HERE SORRY! BYE! In the worst snarky attitude possible. I felt terribly for the girl at the window I saw the look on her face when the manager got onto her for telling me she would get it for me. Do better people

I was given my tray of drinks and McFlurry with an extra McFlurry. I questioned the extra and the lady (must’ve been a manager bc she had a maroon McDonalds shirt on) demanded I hand her back the tray. I asked her which McFlurry she needed back and again she demanded back the tray. Politeness goes a long way, especially when you’re the one making the mistake.

Did not meet expectations. I get it’s McDonalds so you don’t expect much but sheesh. The fries were so salty you had to wipe salt off to make them edible. The double cheeseburger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted and McChicken was meh at best. The dining room was sooo cold I had to get a jacket. The only decent thing about my meal was the soft drink.
