Did not meet expectations. I get it’s McDonalds so you don’t expect much but sheesh. The fries were so salty you had to wipe salt off to make them edible. The double cheeseburger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted and McChicken was meh at best. The dining room was sooo cold I had to get a jacket. The only decent thing about my meal was the soft drink.

Hate to write a bad review, but the food is never right, you shouldn't have to wait at the drive-thru and check your bag to make sure your order is correct. Also, their iced lattes/coffees are gross, too sweet and put way too much milk and not enough coffee!!
Nothing's changed with this place, decided to stop here after working a 12hr shift and an hour drive home, just to realize they didn't put everything that I paid for in my bag, like come on guys, what the crap

This location has gone downhill since ive lived in the area. The service is slow and the employees look less than put together while on duty. But I do swing by occasionally for tea bc regardless of the service at least that remains consistently good.

I really can't stand coming to this McDonald's, but kids insist on it. The crappie workers never smile and speak as least as possible. Needs proper management I suppose so they can train their employees that without customers they wouldn't have a check so SMILE cause once these kids get over it I will NOT be coming back!!!

We waited over 20 minutes to get hashbrowns. My husband had to go inside to get the order. Bad customer service.

Editing this review due to the last few visits. They changed how much they put into drinks, my family have had our drinks not full when given in the drive thru. This time the workers just said they recalibrated the machine to dispense more ice and less drink and didn't top up the missing 1/3rd of the drink. We went inside and self served our drinks to full.
They also have gotten quite slow and frequently have you pull up into a stall to protect their numbers while you wait 10 minutes for your food. The longest wait for a quarter pounder meal was 35 minutes. The other McDonald's off E Union and Flemming dr has remarkably better and faster service.

Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms are clean. Ordered at kiosk. receipt would not print. Staff said receipts We’re not printing properly behind the counter. Order got lost. Other people’s orders were coming out improperly. Took 20 minutes to get three drinks and three fries. And the restaurant wasn’t busy. They gave an explanation to why the receipt printer was not working, but no apologies was given. The order wasn’t rushed.

Every tabletop was dirty as we're the floors below them. A man was sleeping at one table & employees were sitting at two other tables, so not a lot of options to dine in. It took 24 minutes to get our order of 2 Quarter pounders & 10 piece McNuggets. Fries were cold & unsalted & about half full. Burger buns we're not warm either. There were 5 employees working, 3 sitting in booths, & 2 smoking in front of the door so it wasn't for lack of workers that caused the state of this McDonald's.

Just don't expect it to be fast food or expect anyone to take your order right away because it will not happen here.. I know this because the last 4 or 5 times I have been there it's been the same experience I go inside to order but no one seems to want to come to the register and take my order and when finally someone does come to take it they act as though I'm bothering them. After that it's a extremely long wait to get your food no matter what you ordered. So good luck oh by the way the other location seems to be a lot more better than this one .

Sometimes you find yourself going through the fast food restaurant that you don't want to go to in your own town. When I went through the drive-thru I was greeted by a voice that I could clearly understand and did not sound impatient or imposing. That being said, they accurately took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay the prescribed amount, I was greeted cheerfully by an age gentleman who appeared to be teaching someone how the job was done. When I advanced to the next window my food order was quite possibly the hottest. It could be without burning my fingers. The chicken biscuit was actually very tasty and smelled great. I ordered a caramel macchiato and unlike other McDonald's, this came to me, pre-mixed and pre-stored and was a delicious experience. Anytime I'm within 30 miles of this place I will stop and give them another chance to make me happy because they did a great job the first time around. Thanks everyone, I know it's a team effort
