One of the worst McDonald's have ever been in.They all they do is worried about drive through.Not the people up.Try to ask him if I could have my food that was already ready.Been sitting there 15minutes I tried to talk to the girl And was ignored. Is work on this service?These people don't need to be working there

Online order they brought me the wrong burger the first time. Friez were cold the second time. Found out 8 miles down the road my drink was wrong. Waited 21 minutes for my food.

Food was warm and pretty good but I have some bad unfortunate news because we waited outside for 15-20 minutes through the drive through just to get our food, not sure if its low staff, but it was sad to see it be like that!

This was the sorriest excuse for a McDonald's I have ever been to. The lady that was expediating the food was very rude. They had me pull over after receiving partial oder to wait for the rest. Then she had the nerve to send someone else out with my food, because she was angry was we were terribly upset. My family is not going to be coming back to this Mcdonalds again.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Y’all need to check the entitlement status of your employees. How they speak to their customers is appalling, the quality of food is terrible anymore and the amount of food vs cost is just a joke.
I went to McDonald's and right at lunch time and my food was delicious. My food was hot. The cashier and customer services took my order accurately and I got all of my order accurately, and it was very very good! ☺️

I have been driving on interstate 40 through North Carolina for most of my life. Over the past two years I have found this gold nugget of the McDonald’s that has consistently delivered wonderful, hot food no matter what I order or what time I stop. Great job there.
