This location has gone downhill since ive lived in the area. The service is slow and the employees look less than put together while on duty. But I do swing by occasionally for tea bc regardless of the service at least that remains consistently good.

Just don't expect it to be fast food or expect anyone to take your order right away because it will not happen here.. I know this because the last 4 or 5 times I have been there it's been the same experience I go inside to order but no one seems to want to come to the register and take my order and when finally someone does come to take it they act as though I'm bothering them. After that it's a extremely long wait to get your food no matter what you ordered....

Sometimes you find yourself going through the fast food restaurant that you don't want to go to in your own town. When I went through the drive-thru I was greeted by a voice that I could clearly understand and did not sound impatient or imposing. That being said, they accurately took my order and when I pulled up to the window to pay the prescribed amount, I was greeted cheerfully by an age gentleman who appeared to be teaching someone how the job was done.
