Smells so good when you walk in. 10/10 Recommend everyday!!
My lunch was delicious! I highly recommend!
I bought a full cake for my son's birthday. I get that it wasn't a pre-ordered cake and maybe that was the problem, but it was a VERY dry and flavorless cake. I honestly believe that I bought their leftover cake from days ago. Paid $60 for an 8-inch chocolate cake. I didn't mind paying it because I want to support local business and I thought the quality/taste would be different and better than Ingles. Even with milk, we were having a hard time eating the cake. I have more than half of the cake remaining. No one liked it.
I also bought what they call a mini cinnamon roll. It was a cupcake with lots of what I believe is cinnamon roll icing. It was NOT a mini cinnamon roll. It also wasn't good. Maybe it said "cupcake" but I think I'd remember that detail.
I choose to believe that I'm an isolated case and that this isn't the norm, but I did wanted to share my experience. Maybe I'll have better luck if I preorder. Or maybe next time I'll just get a "3 leches" cake from the other local panadería. No chance of those being dry.
If the cake was indeed old, then they should have either said so, or brought down the price.
Will I be visiting again? Probably so. But, it'll be a while.
I gave three stars because while my pastry experience was not good, the staff was nice and polite, and I didn't try their meals. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The savory bagel blossom is the bomb. Yummy. Also really good huge cinnamon rolls covered in the best icing I have ever had. They have so many things. And everything is so good

My first time at the bakery was a great experience. The service as well as the bakery items were superb. My favorite was the blueberry bagel blossom.

What a surprise gem! Stopped in to get a treat for my spouse for his birthday. No small Bundt cakes available, so I got a cheesecake with fudge icing. Boy am I glad I did. The best ever. Graham cracker crust on bottom only, so you get a lot of pure, wonderful, creamy, and flavorful cheesecake. It was topped with rich, chocolate fudge icing, delicious. Then finished with some whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Beautiful. The fudge icing is excellent by itself; the cheesecake is excellent by itself, so you really get two desserts but they go well together perfectly. And it is very big. 4” diameter and 2” high. We split just half of it because it is so rich and filling. Slowly savored every bite! Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to try their other treats! Thank you Mimosa for opening this bakery in our town!

finally got to try it and loved it . the savory bagel blossom was amazing! I could not put it down. my husband loved his cinnamon roll. said it has the best icing. will definitely be back.
My co-worker brought me cheese cake and banana pudding cake from here it was amazing especially the cheesecake best I've had in years. Also I went today and got the bacon egg and cheese croissant very big sandwich and the bread and everything was very tasty. Very nice grill to it puts other breakfast sandwiches to shame. I was too hungry I ate some before the picture but still barely less than half eaten. Bacon was very crispy a touch more than my preference but was so good it didn't matter.

While pastries and sandwiches are available, breads/loafs are unavailable at this bakery unless you call a couple days ahead for specialty orders.
We had a request from our daughter-in-law for a Dominican cake for her birthday. We took the recipe to Old Mimosa Bakery and they agreed to try. The cake came out beautifully and our daughter in law said it was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thanks a million!!
HIT AND MISS! This is supposed to be a "French" bakery, but you can't walk in and get a baguette or a croissant. What?! Yep. How about an Eclair or a Madeleine? Nope. They have a limited selection of cookies and a few pastries. And the only way to get a baguet is if you pre-order it on a Monday and pick it up on a Tuesday. What?! Yep. What happens if I want a baguette on a Wednesday or a Friday or a Saturday? They seem more focused on the catering side of their business and not a whole lot on offering the staples of a French bakery. Guess I'll go to Ingles to get my baguette? Ugh.
