The food was good but just about every was dirty, the floors were dirty and the people working just sat and played on their phone between customers.

I placed an order for delivery and when it arrived, part of my order was missing. The driver went back to get the rest of the order and still didn’t bring everything the second time. I called the store to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and no one would ever pick up. I called multiple times. Here is a garden salad that I ordered. Where are the tomatoes? One dime size tomato in this whole salad and yeah by the way I guess I’m supposed to eat my salad dry because they didn’t send my dressing. I’ve never had this kind of service from a Pizza Hut before and I am a long time customer. I will not be ordering from this location again.

This Pizza Hut has a 99% sanitation score and my wife and I have had EXCELLENT service from this location every time we've went except for the other day. I didn't recognize the employee, and they apparently ran of boxes for our big new yorker pizza and basically mutilated the pizza to get it into a big, long rectangular shaped box. There was no care/love that went into boxing up our pizza and the love that goes into making the food and the little things like boxing up the food all play a part in how delicious the food is. Just wasn't the best experience.

I ordered food through the app. My delivery time in app stated 9:09 pm however my food was delivered by a third party at 9:27 pm. I understand that a lack of drivers is an issue but that time difference is a bit extreme. When the order finally arrived it had the wrong sauces and missing the sauce that I paid over a $1 extra for. When I called the person that finally answered the phone simply said “ the driver had two bags that both had sauces you got the wrong bag” when I informed him that only the sauces were wrong he said he had no other explanation. I find it extremely hard to believe that the two bags were exactly the same except for the sauces and will not be ordering here EVER AGAIN.

My “account” was hijacked and they had no reasonable way to resolve other than creating new account with a new email(?!?). Additionally, don’t bother trying to call the number for the store, you’re going to get India and *maybe* eventually get to talk to talk to someone at the store. Really crappy. If you *need* a pizza from them, throw away their horrible broken tech and bogus points and just got to store.

Prior to yesterday i had mostly good experiences from this pizza hut location which i or a er from often. NOT ANYMORE. Ordered carry out, arrived, went through the drive thru. The girl asked me to pull up my food wasn't quite ready despite the pizza hut website saying it was ready. No problem. Fifteen minutes later several customer's have went through the drive thru and I still have not received my food. I go into the store retrieve my food. Guess what order is wrong. So I ask them to fix it, not once did they say sorry or attempt to apologize for making me wait, or for messing my food up. By the time they did fix it my food was cold. Worst pizza hut experience ever. Will not go back unless there are staff changes or something because some of the current employees working there are clearly ignorant and unfortunately for me that's who worked on my order.

Let me just say this..
Went to.pick up a order today & of course the doors were locked no one would come to drive thur either.
I called and was on hold for 15 minutes.
And they was open at 11am.
Finally they unlocked doors and the guy that gave my order was acting like I wasn't there for the other I showed him obviously..
Took his sweet time .
Come on pizza Hut get it together folks got things to do!
Take my business else where

My husband and I ordered almost 50.00 dollors of food for our family online which was supose to be ready in 15 minutes stated when ordering online and was told 20 minutes. Then my husband went to pick it up was told it still wasn't ready and after almost a hr waiting for food was told by manager on duty the order had to be redone which at that point we were done waiting and was given no apologies no sorry no nothing! I have been in management in fast food and was very poor management! Also poor management to employees from management when needing assistance for customer service while waiting . I Love Pizza hut but this is the poorest service and management I have ever experienced and it definitely needs to be addressed to continue to make the restaurant succeed in business you need better management totally not exceptable God Bless.

Not so friendly waitress. At 10 minutes till 9 they were sure to let everyone eating including the table that just gotten their food know that the dining room was only open 10 more minutes and we would need to be finished very soon. Salad bar was very bare and not kept up at all ... Bead sticks is one of the best things on the menu but those were lacking as well. Sticks were real flat like the doe didn't rise and were not "buttery"? pissa was also a little over cooked
