“Shout out to the team ! This has to be one of the best run of a great franchise. We needed a to go Tray - and it was perfect- fast, hot and ready and the staff could not have been more friendly. A trainee helped me and was on point as I could tell his training staff was supportive and helpful. This is a tough business and kudos to a group that can be so effective and efficient and ALWAYS SMILE. Thanks David Taylor“

“Panera has been one of my favorite restaurants for a long time. I’m still getting used to the new menu and I’m happy to see some of my favorites like the turkey bacon bravo weren’t retired. The deli ham and the deli turkey sandwiches were retired. Even with the changes, the food is still as good as it has always been and definitely worth stopping in for lunch or dinner. My only complaint is the restaurant in Gastonia NC was too hot to dine in so I got my order to go.
Vegetarian options: There is a variety of salads and other menu options for vegetarians.
Kid-friendliness: A kids menu is available.
Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp at the Gastonia location. The Hickory location is flat surface from parking lot to entrance. The dining areas will accommodate wheelchairs but some areas might be a tight fit.“

“I got the Zax Snak and it was an inexpensive but filling meal. The service was quick. The chicken was hot and fresh, the fries and texas toast were good on the side. The restrooms were clean too. We popped in here in the middle of a long road trip and it really hit the spot.“
