“Was pretty good, manicotti tasted a little like reheated in a microwave. Overall, Good value, love the salad and service was very good. Although they did see this next to a family with a bunch of kids that were screaming and I was actually taking my wife out for her birthday. It was probably really bad timing but also very bad seating to put us next to a table of eight and kids that were extremely noisy. I mean they kind of knew I had flowers for her and everything so it was kind of obvious but to set us into a very busy section with the families, particularly crying and screaming babies, wasn't exactly a romantic moment.“

“This place is kid friendly! Very clean, staff was very helpful! Customer service was on point! Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms clean and wheelchair accessible. Online food an option. Food was delicious and promptly given. Was greeted with a smile and a wholesome greeting. Staff came around and checked on customers to see if they needed anything. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience every time we eat there. Go by there and try all the different flavors of chicken salad! It's awesome to see how different spices and ingredients can change chicken salad!!!!!“

“By far the best Chick-fil-A location in our county! I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! I particularly love my early morning staff, such as Ava, Caleb (×2), Jessica and so many more! They simply make my days brighter, and also serve delicious food! I will forever be partial to this location and staff! 😊❤️“

“Food was amazing, but they don't have any lids for the "water cups." Every restaurant is free to play whatever silly games they want to play with their customers who choose not to drink soda, including the "special water cup" game. But when your game ends with my daughter spilling water on herself during dinner, you lose a star.“

“Zaxby's of Hickory LR store is always a great place because the employees really seem to try their best to provide excellent service. It's always busy at lunch but the staff and especially the manager Keisha are always there to do anything to make the experience the best it can be.“

“The best part about a kickin chickin sandwhich is the dripping ranch and tounge torch sauce. Both sandwiches had a dab of each on one piece of chicken. Worst experince I've had at Zaxby's! Called the 800 number and they didn't care. When you pay 6 dollars for a sandwhich expectations should be high. I'd give this a zero if I could. Today i spoke to the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure we were recertified for our last night experince. I'm changing from one star to 3.“
