“Amazing little hole in the wall diner. Great food and selection of items. I always get the livermush, egg, and cheese with the livermush cooked crispy. And it's ALWAYS cooked to perfection. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They have limited hours and are only open for breakfast and lunch, so keep that in mind when you're wanting to order from here. The parking lot is small so just keep that in mind when coming here to eat. They don't have indoor dining, but they have a table or 2 outside to sit at and eat. This is a must try restaurant when you're in Hickory. Make sure to get napkins when you pick up your order because sometimes the sandwiches can get a little messy, but those are the best kinds to eat. Prices are outrageous like other places. I give this place a 10/10!!“

“Had a lunch meeting with Caleb Hart over at CertaPro Painters of Hickory/ Catawba Valley/ High Country on the 3rd here at Crescent Moon Cafe. I ordered the Greek Chicken wrap, yo - your boy was very pleased. I asked the waiter what side to get he said potato salad. Lights out. Get in, good food, good service, and on your way. 5 stars. Exactly what I didn't know I wanted.“

“This is without a doubt in my top 3 Mellow Mushrooms. #1 in atmosphere and service for sure. The people are great. The pregnant manager (I did not get her name or if I did, I have a short attention span) was awesome. She remembered that I like to try new beer when traveling and made a point to come over and tell me what was new and offer me a few samples on my last visit. Every time I've been to this location it has been an absolute pleasure. Mellow Mushroom Pizza is delicious as always and this one hits the nail on the head for deliciousness.“

“I have heard mixed things about the pizza here, but I ordered the five cheese calzone and absolutely loved it. It was the best calzone that I have had! The calzone was extremely cheesy and made to perfection. The service was amazing as well and the restaurant is kept very clean.“
