Workers are giving the level of service equivalent to their pay. I literally wouldn't feed your burgers to my dog. They are extremely processed tasting. Hot dogs are edible but nothing special. Everybody's here for the petroleum based food coloring sweet drinks. 0/10

We ordered 2 Master milkshakes in the drive thru, only to get on the road, and they were so runny, they tasted like milk with bits of Graham crackers in it! $$$ wasted. And no, I wasn't going back through that long line again! Very disappointed!!

We stopped to grab a quick bite. Bad choice was made stopping there . I had a number 9 chicken sandwich it was horrible the bread was hard as a brick . My husband had a number 1 cheese burger it was cold I mean cold the cheese didn’t even melt . Terrible food!

To the owner Mr. Marco Ireta, I would just like to say that I received the most disrespectful service I have ever had. Your night manager at this Forest city location with the pink hair and nose ring, Elijah king. We arrived at your store at 11:45pm and was told that we could only get drinks because the kitchen was closed, is false advertising of operating hours a lie? After being told that we asked if there was a time that the establishment likes to close the kitchen and he responded, “when I feel like it” with quite a condescending attitude. Working fast food for 10+ years and managed for 5+ so this didn’t sound correct. After having that conversation with him I asked for the owners contact info and was denied that, so I asked for the owners name so I could call corporate, he hands it out the window and as I was asking for his first and last name respectfully he slammed and locked the window on me and as I tried to get his attention by honking with 2 quick beeps he continuously ignored me and walked away to the point that I had to get out and go to the walk in entrance to ask an employee for his name. If this is how you run your establishment then fine but please post honest fully opened hours please and thank you. Also I would rethink who is representing your store as a leader other than Mr. Elijah King if this is not how you want your establishment represented.

Manager was standing in the gravel parking lot. 8 cars in the drive thru, people behind us were getting there food before we did 25 minutes after ordering. The manager needs to be fired. The team deserves leadership not a dramatic woman who would rather discuss local drama to the top of her lungs in the parking lot while her team sinks and the reviews continue to decline. Manager has curly hair and usually has it in a bun on top of her head. Will not return until this establishment has had multiple trainings and a complete new management team. What a disappointment.
