This is the second time my orderr was extremely messed up this week ...first was two foot longs w wrong toppings and tonight my burgers had jalapeno on them which isn't right al all..I get these all the time what is the problem...

I usually get fast service here, several times they have brought my small order while I'm waiting in line, which I always reward with a tip. My only complaint is they need a filter on the ice machine, it tastes like bleach city water at almost all Sonics.
