Almost every time I've placed a mobile order I've had to wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes after the anticipated time. About 50% of the time nitro cold brew is out. There seems to be a clear dedication to the drive-thru and a lack of care for front end customers.

We came to get three drinks. They were out of “inclusions” for two of our drinks. The whole staff was rude and had no customer service skills at all. will not be coming back to this location.

I was thrilled last week when I ordered a cortado and it actually tasted like coffee and was good. This week was totally different I essentially got a latte in a smaller cup. I'm not surprised as most establishments seem to have a hard time just making a coffee drink that tastes like coffee and not a watered down cup of flavored sugar milk drink that hardly tastes like coffee. Maybe some time educating employees on difference in drinks? Idk if whomever making the drink thinks that because there isn't much product in the cup that they need to "fill it up" to make it seem like ur getting ur moneys worth but that's not how a cortado/macchiato drink is intended. I dont buy from Starbucks, the only reason I have consumed Starbucks products is cause my partner visits the establishment . I will continue to not visit Starbucks on my own time.

Ordered a venti pink drink as well as a grande and neither of these drinks were actually filled up. The barista smiled as we left because we looked confused at our half-empty drinks. Almost 20$ for our order. Poor service and customer satisfaction. Fill the beverage to the top or give me back my money wth Starbucks! *look closely in the pictures below there is no drink residue on the lip we DID NOT drink out of these before the picture was taken.

Usually this place is a 5 star. However, I am vegetarian, ordered the impossible breakfast sandwich, and it had the real sausage on it. Ate a bite and immediately knew. Had a coworker taste it as well. Unbelievable!

Horrible location to get in and out of
I loved this place when it first opened. A sit down Starbucks was a dream and then I saw staff turnover, I saw hours change for no apparent reason with no explanation. I have easily spent more than half of my lunch time in the drive through. I get the same thing no matter the season. A mocha iced or hot with whip - mocha and caramel around the inside of the cup with same sauces on the whip. I have lost count of the the times it has been botched. Because it’s taken so long, I don’t have time to sit and wait for them to remake it. So now when I want Starbucks, which is few and far between, I go to Hickory or Granite Falls where they consistently get my order right every time. Eight dollars is a lot of money for a drink that gets messed up. I want to see you guys succeed. Please figure out the issues.

Order iced shaken espresso every time I come. Last 4 times you can’t even taste coffee. It’s like it’s just milk with syrup. Very disappointing

This is the second time I’ve come here and they either fill up the drink with way too much ice or don’t even fill up the cup all the way with the drink. If I’m paying Starbucks prices I expect to have my cup filled and better service.
