I had a very bad experience at this Subway with a lady named Lora she was outside smoking while the store was clearly open. I went inside and stood at the counter waiting for service for nearly 10 minutes with no other customers in the restaurant and no acknowledgment at all. Eventually, another employee came in to start their shift, noticed me. And served me. Shortly after, she came inside and began speaking badly about coworkers, complaining about people who close and accusing the other employee in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. This was uncomfortable to overhear as a customer. At the register, I attempted to pay with cash and handed her a $50 bill. She abruptly said they don’t take 50s. The other employee said that they do, but she argued back, saying that wasn’t what she was told. To avoid more conflict, I gave her a $20. She responded with a sarcastic “thank you.” She then continued to talk down to the other employee in front of me. Overall, the service was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. She should be dismissed.

Hannah is the Sandwich artist I had tonight and speaking from several years of experience as a customer of Subways everywhere she has got to be the best in the business! She was well attentive and had a positive attitude, offered me several intriguing new items and ways to mix up my normal Sandwich I get everytime. I will definitely be coming to this location for now on because of her! I hope someone in management see's this and gives her a raise or something cause lord knows to deal with the public all day and still have this awesome attitude takes a champion!

Bread not prepped had to get bread I didn’t want because prep was not done. For a min of 12 dollar experience it would be nice to be able to select the ingredients you want. Staff were pleasant though which elevated some of the annoyance.

Got subway to go and a got the white macadamia nut cookie. After taking a bite I noticed it tasted different. That’s when I really looked at it and seen ants baked into the cookie. That’s absolutely gross and unacceptable. Now I have no idea if my sub had ants in it too.

Customer service is always great, but the past few weeks they are always out of meat or other bread besides white. This has happened almost every time I am in, limiting to only pepperoni and chicken in thr whole store. I don't understand why they can't keep meats in stock. It doesn't even manner what day or time of the week, I go.

We made an online order. When my husband went to pick it up, they were out of bread, chicken and other vegetables. We didn’t end up getting what we paid or ordered. The young lady working there was a sweet girl but it was just constant excuses.

Terrible experience and will never come to this Subway again! I would rate it a 0 if I could. Ordered two sandwiches and a personal pizza online for pickup. When my husband arrived, he called me saying they're out of the protein on my sandwich order but had a substitute. I agreed since I didn't want to change my order last minute. 25 minutes later, my husband messages me saying that they're out of pepperoni for his sandwich and the pizza, as well as out of the bread that he wanted. Our order was supposed to be ready for pickup, not wait 30 minutes after arrival for our order, while the only worker there served walked-in customers first. Unacceptable Subway! Management needs to get it together! We hardly ever eat at Subway and the time we do, terrible service and out of so many key ingredients from our order. TERRIBLE!

This is the worst subway to exist, how are you going to serve chicken bacon RANCH and not have ranch. i recommend goin to any other subway near you. i had to stop at Hardee's and get me sum ranch👎🏻

I only gave this location 1 star because Google doesn’t have an option for zero stars. I don’t know what has happened to the Subways in Morganton since being sold but whoever owns them has run them in the ground.
