Wow. I'm not surprised they have 3.9 stars. That actually seems pretty kind. I'm not sure if I've ever been somewhere that the employees were so absolutely rude without provocation. We all have it pretty hard right now. The least you can do is be a decent person. I'm not asking for fireworks or a parade, but maybe you could do the job that you applied for, without being completely rude. No one is making you work there. Do better.

Absolutely terrible. The burritos were awful. Had the most minuscule amounts of ingredients put into them. All I tasted was hints of cheese and a little steak but mostly tortilla. It’s not rocket science it’s burritos. ?

The professionalism at this store is lacking i often spend several minutes waiting at the counter before I am even acknowledged. They make mistakes on my orders more often than not,and what food I get is so sloppily put together that it's impossible to eat on the go. In the drive thru, lobby, and overall not one of the better taco bells I've been to
6 employees and lobby was a mess, tables were sticky and the bathrooms were filthy. Too many employees there for it not to be clean. Also it was not busy at all.
