You can depend on Timberwoods for delicious food all the time, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is not fancy but it is clean and comfortable. The restaurant business is more than challenging and serving three meals a day adds it own challenges but Timberwoods hold its own and has a wide custromer base. I've never had less than a great experience here.

This is a joke it's not good old southern food . I was born in the south and I never had food that tasted so bad . And the waitress and staff not once smiled or welcome us there we told them it was our first time there gave us dirty paper menu's and walked away came back took the order left. Should have walked out then but we stayed and wished we hadn't. will not return. And I don't Recommend this place

First and last time being here food was bland and dont give me the honestyle country food vibe as soon as we walked in we felt out of place they need more color in that resteraunt my fiance felt so uncomfortable cause him being black they was talking to me instead of him asking if I wanted refills and not him told them he needs a refill to not color friendly folk at all everyone was just staring at my fiance

Timberwoods is an older restaurant that has been is around for a long time. The building itself is older and could use some upgrades on the furniture but the food that comes out of this restaurant is excellent. If you are interested in good home type cooking , then you should check out timberwoods restaurant. They have a daily special that offers 2 choices and usually the cost is around ten dollars or a little more. For example, on Mondays, they offer chicken pot pie, or turkey and dressing with two sides and bread. I have been eating at this restaurant for many years and the food has been as close to my own cooking as somebody could get. On Mondays, I usually get the turkey and dressing, which I get mashed potatoes and gravy with that and then usually a side of pintos, Or cabbage or some other vegetable. Their mashed potatoes are actually real potatoes. If you like fried chicken livers you owe it to yourself to check out their chicken livers. I'll be honest. I'm not crazy about their spaghetti or their meatloaf. But that's only because I cook mine in such a way that I only prefer my cooking of these foods. They make a wonderful chef salad. Their chicken and dumplings are wonderful and every bit as good as mine!

First and last time there. I don't consider boxed gravy and bagged biscuits home cooking, and the pancakes were terrible. Very outdated, unfriendly staff. Nothing good at all to say about it

Went in about 10:35 a.m. My wife ordered lunch which she said was good. I got something new to me the western omelet . It was by far the best one I've ever had. The hash browns were very good also. Keep up the good work Phil it's appreciated. Gary McCurry
Timberwoods is a good place to eat, but their prices and portion sizes are not 💯! I paid $3 for a piece of coconut pie that was the size of a mini muffin. No exaggeration Disappointed.

This place is AMAZING! The burger ATW is Delicious! The homestyle dinner is just as good too. I hope to travel back through here and every time I do, I’m eating here. I love this place. The food and service are better than I could have imagined. Strawberry cobbler also, perfect.

The food was terrible, second time eating here, and it gets worse every time. The country steak with gravy could be described as similar to Alpo dog food. Chicken was dry, green beans were obviously from a can slopped into a bowl with no seasoning. At one point in sure this place had good food, but do not eat here. Giving it one star is being generous.
