Could not get in to order. Old man inside looked right at us. We are handicap ♿️ and takes alot to get us out. Only 930pm. Sign say 10pm closes. Doors locked.

Just went through drive through. Got 2 Dave's doubles and a 10 pc nug. Got home no nuggets. My gfs burger was fine....mine had about a foot long fkin hair in it. Never been more disgusted in my life.

Ordered in the drive thru when we got to the drive thru box was told your going to have to wait which is fine but the way she spoke was incredibly rude and off putting after waiting almost 10 minutes to get to the window the food was wrong pulled back around had to wait almost another 10 minutes just to speak to someone then after I let her know I had ordered 1 sandwich which was supposed to be plain she then preceded to argue with me telling me that’s not what I ordered when i told her that my receipt said one was supposed to be plain then she very rudely just said pull up and then handed me the bag with no apologies or even a word spoken very unhappy with my experience I understand being understaffed and over worked but working in customer service myself there is never a reason to be disrespectful with customers and arguing with them about what they claim was my mistake when I very clearly had the proof it was incorrect I will not be back

The person taking the order told me wait. I waited for 5 minutes and notice something was weird. I then decided to speak to the mic and no one still responded. I actually had to CALL this Wendy's that I was at the drive thru!!! When I got to the window, they said they had no idea I was there but they spoke to me earlier and told me to wait. Someone pretty much forgot that I was there. Also they were out of ketchup packets. There are always issues with this Wendy's at night. Expect a long wait to get your food.

This place got it right the first time and the food was fresh not sitting under a warmer all day the Bacon double stack biggie meal is tops. The staff were very pleasant

The employees at this Wendy's restaurant were so friendly and polite. This, unfortunately, has become a rare quality for a fast food restaurant these days. It's very refreshing to be able to receive really good service.
