Food tasted good. Not to long of a wait, but they did seem like they were slightly understaffed. Or maybe someone was on lunch. Would visit again.
The Mexican gentleman working the counter couldn't understand English. My 2 orders of fries were cold, and he couldn't comprehend.
Literally, they should close the doors & not look back. Five of us ordered, not a single one was correct. Just as we got there, they supposedly lost power to the back, but the front still had power, but the drink machine already had a handwritten sign slapped on it, saying it was out of order. I usually try to be positive in my reviews, but I couldn't find one redeeming thing about this business.
Food was cold, drink was watered down. Asked to get a new beverage. Stated that's just how the machine is.. this place has gone down hill.. and now no better than McDonald's. The ice cream machine was broken...
This wendys has been the closest one to me for years, and everytime I go to it the service seems to get worse. So I stopped going. A couple years later I come back one day and they seem to have improved so I start going back. Now everytime I go back the service is going down hill again. From having to wait at the speaker a long time, (there were only 2 cars there), to the guy having his air pods in (which I dont really mind as long as you are doing your job properly). The reason I bring that up though is he did not do his job well at all. When I got to the window he was not there, which is fine but then he didnt even say a word to me, just handed me my stuff and walked off. I was not even able to ask for ketchup, he never came back to the window. So I continue on and say nothing, maybe he is having a bad night, well I get home and bite into my nuggets and they are SPICY, I had ordered ahead and asked for regular nuggets. My thoughts is the guy was not paying attention to what he was doing. Anyways, I thought I would leave a review, not for critisms but for ways this wendys can improve. I love wendys food and I hate to seem them not doing well.
Dining area was clean, but bathroom at 8:30 am had lots of toilet paper on floor.
Counter guy said maybe 4 words without looking at me. It took 12 minutes to get a biggie bag. My sandwich was barely warm cheese didn't even melt. Bathroom and parking lot were dirty and they were on they're cell phones behind d the counter
Food was good
Guy made my burger with 2 mins of getting to the window it was crunchy and old and clearly he just reheated it on the grill will never eat here again
Food wasn't all that great and drive thru girl was SUPER RUDE and UGLY for no reason .

Service sucked, I let them know I do not eat pork I said chili cheese fries and received bacon fries and my burger had bacon ( i got the biggie bag) all my food was cold. I've been coming here for years as it's the closet Wendy's to my house and it's got worse and worse honestly this location needs to get shut down and I'm never one to complain being in customer service my self but enough is enough. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Service is slow and food is never correct or hot always cold food.
My food was good as well as the customer service. The drive thru line doesn't move as fast as it used to is my only concern.
Got the order right with fresh hot food and was kind enough to give a treat to my dogs!
Good food, good service and really enjoy their chocolate frostys.
Black girl behind the front counter is very rude.
