Waited 20 minutes in drive thru when only 3 car ahead of me. Last week ordered 2 large chilies at drive thru and each was a little over half full. This Wendy's has been going down hill for a while.

I usually like Wendy's, but after last night, I don't see myself going back. I ordered 2 baconators. Simple enough. Paid for then and left. I got home to realize that they gave me 2 son of baconators. I checked the receipt to make sure it wasn't a miscommunication. Nope. I was charged for the big Baconators. I live 8 miles away, and drive a V8. It wasn't worth driving back to have the order corrected. I should have checked before I left, but it was a simple order that should have been correct to begin with.

Used to take a long time but your food was always fresh. Now everything tastes like they make alot of it and then store it. The cheese aint even melted most of the time. Always something missing.(currently drinking soda through the straw hole) just overall mediocre . Those nuggets you see were crunchy ..crunchyyyy

This has been my after work go to place for the last 18 months. But for the last 4 weeks I have not been able to place a mobil order via the app. I get an error message stating that the location is unable to accept mobil app orders. I informed management 4 weeks ago, still not fixed.

Food tasted good. Not to long of a wait, but they did seem like they were slightly understaffed. Or maybe someone was on lunch. Would visit again.

The Mexican gentleman working the counter couldn't understand English. My 2 orders of fries were cold, and he couldn't comprehend.

Literally, they should close the doors & not look back. Five of us ordered, not a single one was correct. Just as we got there, they supposedly lost power to the back, but the front still had power, but the drink machine already had a handwritten sign slapped on it, saying it was out of order. I usually try to be positive in my reviews, but I couldn't find one redeeming thing about this business.

Food was cold, drink was watered down. Asked to get a new beverage. Stated that's just how the machine is.. this place has gone down hill.. and now no better than McDonald's. The ice cream machine was broken...
