Placed a phone order because the meal wasn't on their website. It was on doordash. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the person on the phone and still got it wrong. Asked for sugar ham received the country ham and it was missing the strawberry syrup. Couldn't even finish the ham, it was too salty for me.

I have loved Cracker Barrel for many years. We have celebrated many family occasions there. The service was absolutely awesome yesterday but the food was terrible. The biscuits were burned on the bottom, the pancakes had an old grease taste to them. Not good at all. They had a bitter taste. Too many corners are being cut on food quality. Please, please turn this around. Focus on quality of food. I keep going back thinking it will be better but it seems to be getting worse. I think...

Food was great, but very long wait for order to be ready. On Sunday around 2PM we waited for more than an hour (1 hr 20 min) and had to call the Manager for an update on food. At one time we thought they forgot about our order
