I've eaten at Firebirds many times over the years. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst meal I've had at a Firebirds. The service was good the waiter really hustled. It's unlikely I go back to this location.

Spouse and I went on Sunday for lunch. Both of us ordered burgers and tater tots. Food was excellent, as was service, and we enjoyed sitting in a large booth near the kitchen. This good meal will lead to another visit in the future!

The food was outstanding, and Penny was our server and made the evening extra enjoyable with her warmth and attention to detail. The manager came by, unobtrusively, and asked if everything was to our liking, and sincerely asked for any areas of improvement. We couldn't think of any, and she thanked us, wished us a pleasant evening, and continued tending to other diners. Outstanding experience, and we will definitely be back!
