Phở Kitchen Reviews
We don’t live locally but stopped by for takeout when visiting. Super kind people, friendly service, and food is so good!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted and seated. I was even allowed to sit where I wanted to and of course I chose the window seat so I could get some sun on my skin. I eat pho often and this place did not disappoint! I got the house special pho which is my favorite. it was so fresh and and very satisfying. I will definitely be bringing my husband here to try out the wings next. The owner even came over to greet me and told me that they just opened up a month ago and I will...read full review

Phở Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant in the Cary/Morrisville area that has been described as the most authentic Vietnamese food in North Carolina, tasting like true home cooking. The restaurant is noted for its rich aroma of phở broth, which is slow-cooked for 24 hours and described as deep, flavorful, aromatic, and rich without feeling overly heavy. The Brisket Phở was called exceptional, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth soft brisket served in very generous portions and noodles with the perfect texture. The House Special Pho was fresh, satisfying, and packed with protein and noods. Other dishes mentioned include Viet Chicken Wings, Egg Rolls, Tofu Banh Mi, Grilled Pork Banh Mi, Crispy Tofu, Summer Rolls, Bún Chả Hà Nội, Beef and Chicken Dumplings, Tofu Summer Rolls, and Vietnamese Beef Jerky Green Papaya Salad. The Banh Mi's were decent with flavorful pork, the Egg Rolls were good and heavy and full, and the Papaya salad was light and refreshing. The restaurant offers great service that is quick and attentive, with food arriving within minutes of ordering, nice music playing, and clean well kept tables. As a new restaurant, it has growing pains, and guests hope suggestions and feedback will be taken into consideration to improve.
