I finally tried Shijiri Sushi Bar and it was definitely worth the hype. The fish was so fresh and you can really taste the quality in every bite. It’s a small, intimate restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Something unique about this restaurant is that there is no tipping, so you can enjoy your meal without having to think about adding 20%+ at the end. From someone who has lived in Japan, this is the most authentic Japanese food and experience in Raleigh. Great food and atmosphere. Simple menu and well executed.
Amazing, delectable, delicious food!! The environment is peaceful, clean, and the staff is very kind. The staff especially made this experience wonderful, they were at the table when we needed them and didn't bother us or come by too often otherwise. I highly recommend this spot. You won't be disappointed 🤍
