Yesterday I ordered thru the app, got charged twice, Google refunded the second charge, got notification my order was ready, waited 40 minutes in drive thru, they couldn't find my order, I gave them the order number, they said it wasn't ready before having me pull up and saying I didn’t have an order and they wouldn't honor the digital receipt I saved them. Check my bank, only one charge had been refunded so I paid for food I didn't get.
The workers here are always very nice. The lobby has been insufferable with the heat. I can't imagine how bad it is back there for the workers. Please add some kind of ac, especially for your workers. They are very nice, and I don't think your customers or employees deserve this. You are always busy.
