Very disappointed. I bought 2 pies strawberry rhubarb and a berry pie. The crust was horrible, tasted like old crust, seriously it taste like it absorbed some funky air freshener which sucks because they are $8.00 a piece. Really wouldn't recommend this bakery.

I visited this store over Mother's Day weekend. The pies I was looking at were completely covered with fruit flies. Not just a few, at least 20-30. My daughter works in a bakery in another town and there are sliding doors behind the display cases which prevents this from happening. Why not do the same? I quietly mentioned the flies to the cashier and she was very dismissive. Please install something to keep the flies off of the pies. I have never seen this in a bakery at this magnitude. The temperature of the store was fine and there were no power issues. I read in an earlier review that they had air conditioning issues. This was not the case during my visit. My mother bought a pie before I could alert her. We threw it away when we got home because it was completely covered in fruit flies.

I saw fruit flies on alot of there display pies and I bought some of the cakes in the aluminum container and it's barely any cake. It was mostly icing and the cake was so dry and hard that I basically spent my $$$ on something not edible

Wife says the cranberry orange muffin was delicious, my favorite is the apple fried pie, and the strawberry fried pie was a close second, wonderful owner and staff, would highly recommend this place, the crust on the fried pie was amazing,

Miss Angel's Apple Crumble Pie may be the best pie I have ever tasted. The crust was flaky, the crumble tasty, and the apples spiced just right. I have been to the shop many times. The aroma really is heavenly and if you can't find something you like there, start checking for a pylse.

Miss Angel’s Rocks!! She has the BEST FOOD. She is also very friendly. It is the highlight of my annual trip to Mayberry. I cannot imagine not going to the best dessert shop on the strip. Definitely recommend trying her pecan and apple pies!
Next door she also offers moonshine ice cream, if you are looking for something different to try.

I got a peach crumble (heated it up at home) and my sister got a chocolate chunk cookie -both were 10/10. Best ever and the staff were really nice and accommodating when we took forever and didn’t know what to get lol

I hate writing a negative review about a positive person who is doing their best, but it needs to be said. The owner needs to clean out the store (literally also) of everything that isn't pies and sell PIES. My apple pie had a rancid crust, the filling is of course canned. A $7 pie could go for $12 if you have a clean store and home made products. The pie I got could be described as a $3 pie but it was $7. She's trying to diversify her stock but when you do that your main product suffers. There are tons of baked goods sitting around that in no way get sold daily so the food sits around for an unknown period.
Another place I could spend hours in, and come out with boxes of stuff if I didn't hold myself. I'm sure these are delicious! Homemade baked pies, cakes, and brownies? More flavors than you can imagine? Prices that make you wanna get a many as your belly can handle? Yes, yes, and yes!! 😋😋😋😋😋
