The wine was good but the food was terrible. We got the beef tips and the blackened fish sandwich. I would go back for drinks but NOT to eat.

We went here for wine tasting and really enjoyed the wine tasting for 12 dollars a person. McCayla was an excellent server and we ended up buying a couple of bottles of wine. This is an extremely large bar/ restaurant that has an awesome atmosphere. It's definitely worth the 5 stars and we will return. Been back here several times for lunch and dinner. The food is definitely 5 stars and prepared to order. Service is always great. UPDATE: Ate here for lunch this week. We both had fish and chips and they were excellent! Also had strawberry cheesecake and it was fantastic as well. This place is always five star!

Great find in this small town! The food was excellent and slightly upscale, which we like. The wine list was extensive but we went with the local wine, which just like the food, was excellent. Pricing was affordable and we took home 4 bottles.

My husband and meet two friends at this restaurant for lunch every 2-3 months. They live in Blue Ridge, VA and we live in Charlotte, NC, so it is the perfect midpoint restaurant. We really like the restaurant a lot, but I'm finally going to say something about the waitress. We have the same one every time, and she just doesn't do the restaurant justice. She rushes us for no reason; maybe she thinks this is "efficiency" but it's not. She doesn't listen very well to our orders, so something always comes out wrong; she is not good about making sure we have what we need, such as soup spoons for our soup - we have to ask for everything; and many times we have to ask for something twice (this last time, I had asked for an ice water to go since our trip back home is over 2 hours, and she never came back to the table - I had to seek her out. . Again, we love the restaurant, but I couldn't go any longer without mentioning the waitress, especially since we get her every time.

When we got there we were told they didnt take reservations for 8 or later and didnt have our reservation. Fortunately they had a table and we were seated. Open table showed possible reservations at least to 8:30. They need to coordinate with open table better if they are to have the lunk on their web site

Solid atmosphere, excellent service from Carson and Jordan. Carson prepared a Well crafted old fashion with a gentlemens cube, finished with a beautiful smoked flavored charring after I asked him to surprise me with an old fashion. The entree of the spinach salad was phenomenal as well. Solid recommendation at this establishment.

ONS is a beautiful upscale restaurant located on Main Street in Mt Airy. A reservation is recommended on the weekend. There is ample free parking in the public lot next to the winery. The food and drinks were amazing, our waitress, Whitney was so sweet and helpful. We had Roasted Duck Ramen, spinach salad with chicken, tomato bisque soup, sangria & muscadine cocktail.

We visited this restaurant on august second twenty twenty four.. The wings were very good cooked perfectly with good flavor.. Unfortunately our entrees were not the same.. I got this scallops , which were extremely sweet And the cousin bacon mixture they were served on was so rich.I couldn't eat it at all and didn't.. The server did not offer to take it off our bill.. My husband had the river , which was cooked perfectly But again the sauce that was on top was sickenly sweet.. Hey scraped it off and ate the steak because he was starving... Very disappointing for the cost of our meal
First time at this restaurant. Will definitely return. Outstanding service and very good food. The menu is small but wide ranging, offering a very good variety of upscale dishes and smaller selections. Atmosphere was quaint and pleasant. Jenna was an awesome server.

Came here for my birthday and loved it. Introduce it to friends and co workers. Went 2 Wednesday in a row and bought house wine to take home and rec'd 15%discount the first time and the next time 50%, so bought a case. Went back today and was told it's only if you drink in house. You try to support local but you can't.i can buy the wine for 17.00 a bottle at total wine instead of 22.00 local. Lost business

We love this place.. the only "upscale" dining in Mount Airy. That being said, we had the Mother's Day brunch...early. the only thing warm was the omelet. Disappointment. We'll be back, but hope someone will take note.
