We had a horrible experience at the Mount Airy Papa Johns last night. We were simply passing through the town on a 4 hour trip and decided to order a pizza for dinner, even though we knew it would take a bit longer than a drive through. I ordered at 6pm. I was told it would take 30 minutes. We were asked to call when we arrived in the parking lot so they could bring it out to us (new covid-19 protocol). I ordered tonight. It’s says y’all close at midnight. I called at 1130 to ask a question and it says y’all are closed and won’t be back open till tomorrow. Hopefully y’all deliver my pizza. I just would like to know why the phone isn’t open if the restaurant is.
lousy pizza, lousy management. I ordered a pizza and they didn't even cover the slices with the items I ordered. Then they wanted me to come and pick one up after I had delivery. Then they wanted to charge me delivery fee again. On top of that they argued with me. Never again.
