“Southern Ground is an amazing business! I spilled my drink in my car, came back to pay for a new one, and they gave me the drink for free. It made me tear up and definitely made my day, for sure!! Thank you guys so much for what you do. As a UMO student myself, I will be choosing Southern Ground over Starbucks any day when I need a pick-me-up for school. Once again, you guys are FANTASTIC! “Drive thru is a great place But here's a tip,If your food is hot and came fast it means they just made it! But if they hand it to you fast and cold it means that it was sitting out,Dont dine in here there's a lot of flys and bathroom disgusting but the foods good,Service is iffy, and atmosphere as I said dirty but its manageable“

“Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal, 4 piece chicken nuggets, double cheeseburger, and plain sundae.
Food was warm/fries almost cold. Chicken nuggets overdone. Obvious that food had been sitting for awhile.
Diet Coke was good. Sundae was okay“
