It was not that bad but not that good either. There is nothing to complain about. But, to be fair, I have regular access to fresh seafood so I'm sure that skewed my expectations. Service was good, the employees friendly and the restaurant was clean.
We are here visiting from another state wanted to try Captain D's. To my surprise their batter is very similar to Long John Silver. I recommend trying them, hot & fresh. Service was friendly with a handful of Southern hospitality.
I have been treated here by people I was with many times but this time I came here on a spur of the moment decision. I had planned on eating elsewhere but plans changed as they often do. I came in around four thirty pm in the afternoon of Saturday the twenty third day of the month of November in the year two thousand and twenty four. It was busy but there was still comfortable parking and my favorite corner booth was available. All of the staff were friendly and had positive vibes....
