The staff here is nice but the lattes taste like drinking a Yankee candle. Just synthetic and somehow overly bitter while also being way too sweet at the same time. No amount of flavor/sweetness adjustments I’ve tried have helped, dunkin just uses bad product.

A terrible, horrible service. The person who took my order didn’t even let me speak to explain how I wanted my coffee. She just said, “That’s how it is on the menu.” When I received the coffee, it tasted bad and didn’t have anything I ordered. They don’t even deserve one star.
