When I sit here and say that the staff is rude, out of one person in the store everyone is mean, rude or snarky.
I was in there with my fiancé and he asked staff if they were okay, and he said it loud enough to be heard. Little miss mean girl tried to pull the silent treatment so I decided to say it a little louder and she started stumbling over her words.
The staff doesn’t feel welcoming or sweet at all! Especially when they wanna sit there and roll their eyes and be snarky.
There is only one staff member there that is nice, cheerful and just all around sweet.

I have been coming here for about half a year after discontinuing my patronage of my local installment of that "other" coffee chain, and I am very pleased. The staff is all very courteous and friendly. They do a great job and are always on the hustle, whilst still managing to take the time for some polite small talk with folks like myself. I will be the first to admit that especially on my day off I can be more than a bit of a talker. I get my moneys worth with my beverage and breakfast food purchases here and the donuts are great too. All of the workers do a great job, but Davie is especially sweet. She has quite alot of flair on her cap and always has horror movie suggestions to throw in as a garnish on top of her already decadent serving of top shelf customer service. Give these folks a raise corporate! They definitely deserve it.

The drive thru workers shouldn't make you insert your own card in hopes for a tip. No other Dunkin does this and I have to reach both hands out the window making the whole experience less convenient

Normally I get a specific latte. I tried the Cold Brew Cookie Butter. It was nasty. I went back through the drive thru and ordered my usual. I asked if they could throw away the Cold Brew, I was told there are plenty of trash cans at the gas station that they don't take drinks back. I didn't want a refund, I just wanted them to throw it away. Gee thanks, much appreciated! I also got the almond croissant...it didn't taste good at all.
