The manager was very nice. She took our money a the drive thru window. The employee that gave us our food was very nice as well. The food was great and well prepared. Everythig was in the bag as it should be . The service and overall visit was excellent..
SAFE!!!!!!! They practice distancing with lines, and everyone I saw on staff was wearing a mask, even far back where they might escape scrutiny. I saw them washing their hands. I felt very safe. Thank you thank you thank you. I have lost some friends to Covid in the past year before vaccines were available. Oh, and the food was yum, too!

The manager was kind to an elderly customer who mistakenly ordered something, while the cashier was still learning the ropes. The liver meal is a typical fast-food option, and wheelchair accessibility is convenient with great parking. The restaurant has a large space with many choices of condiments, although some customers have noted that the sodium content in the breading mix could be reduced. Customers have praised the chicken, especially noting that the three piece and five piece meals were cooked to perfection—crunchy outside, tender and juicy inside. One staff member, known as Storm, has been complimented for cooking the chicken so well, making the Colonel proud. Overall, KFC provides a pleasant experience, making it a likely return visit for families. However, some customers have experienced wait times that need improvement to avoid losing business.
